Premier Inn Southampton City Centre (West Quay)

It was clean room and air conditioning system was also perfect. But they need to fix problems like the mirror and ramp in the buttons. Furthermore, If you are concerning the noise from the next door, you would better select other choices.

Was served by the lovely Abda. Clean restaurant and lovely hotel Definitely worth booking with the car park right next door and lots of shops and port on the doorstep. Is conveniently positioned and something we'll be definitely booking again

Only two staff available to do everything. Check in was a joke, 2 machines that you needed a degree to work including making a room card. People were simply walking out having waited forever in a que only to find they couldn't operate the machine either. Poor staff didn't know which way to turn. We sat outside waiting and watching the local rat population wander in and out of the drain grid outside. That's all we can say really, stick to Best Western.

This premiere inn in situated in a great place close to the main town, pubs and eateries. Just been refurbished and the breakfast very good. The rooms were spacious but as usual the windows were not available the staff were very helpful and the meal deal and food for the evening meal was very good.

We walked from Southampton central station to the hotel in about 25 minutes out of the station following signs to West Quay shopping as long as the ikea is on your right the hotel will come up in front of you five guys restaurant is across the road it was self check in but staff were about to assist jenna helped us and due to my wife’s walking issue made sure we had a walk in shower she was an absolute star during our stay jenna was really helpful we had bed breakfast and evening meal deal food was great accommodation was great really enjoyed our stay We were sailing out of the horizon cruise terminal the following morning we walked in about 30-40 minutes but ensure you find out if entry is gate 8 or gate 10 if you go to the wrong one and you’re walking it’s a long way to the other gate

At first, our first impression was one of dread. We (My wife and myself) booked for early access to our room. When we got there we were amazed to find that the room wasn't prepared at all. Unmade beds and many signs of the previous occupants. However, after contacting reception everythin was rapidly and thoroughly corrected. When we ordered our evening meal, the prices were more than reasonable, and the food served was one of the best meals we have had for a long time, even considering that we were returning from a P&O Caribbean Cruise. We had different dishes, so the food gets a full 100% for taste, quality, quantity, and overall appearance. The bed was very comfortable, and the sound proofing was excellent, ensuring a plesant nights sleep for both of us. We are both pensioners in our 70s.
