We were excited to go here as the resort pictures looked inviting. Though the room was too small, it was clean. The staff was courteous too. The problem started at dinner when we ordered a set seafood meal (pls do not order their set meal) and they served us the smallest crabs that shouldn't be eaten yet and worse was the shells that were already pasty indicating that they were not fresh or near rancid. We were too tired and hungry as we came fr a whole day of travel so we just ate what was palatable in the set. After, I asked for the staff to properly tell them to pls not serve rancid or not fresh food next time. The owners were there dining too so the lady owner, instead of asking how she can help, rudely came over w her loud voice saying she doesn't serve old seafood. I told her to taste the rancid shells that were in front of her so she would know what I was trying to explain but she was in denial the whole time and declined the proof that was in front of her. As we were checking out the next day, they even made us wait 1hour just to return our change from our deposit. We paid good money for the meals and accommodation yet we didn't even get a plain thank you nor an apology from the owners and staff. They made us feel so unwelcome. It was a harrowing experience that I will never want to feel again. This is the only resort I've went to who made me and my family feel small and wronged. I wouldn't want this to happen to others. For the resort, the place is nice so kindly improve your customer service skills especially to the haughty lady owner who thinks so highly of herself and puts people down. Thanks and good day.
