I would like to commend the outstanding job of the front desk and extend my greatness thanks and gratitude especially to Ms Xia JiaLu which have been wonderful in providing exceptional services , help and information during my stay here. I have stayed in many hotels in China. But intercontinental Tangshan really have left me with the most best impression of what customer service and satisfaction is supposed to be. Kudos!!!!

The room is spacious, with good lighting and ventilation. There is a large lawn. The hotel looks like a castle, which the children like very much. The dinner buffet is delicious, especially the baked lobster. The stage is very good, and Monica's service is enthusiastic. I will stay here again when I come to Tangshan next time.

The transportation is very convenient and it is very close to the highway exit. The service details are very good. Although the decoration is relatively old, it is well maintained. The staff are very punctual and pay attention to the needs of guests. I don't like to sleep on soft pillows, but they gave me a buckwheat pillow. When I checked out, they gave me a few more bottles of water, which I could drink on the way. It was very considerate.

The main complaint is about the parking lot. There are 70 parking spaces for 200 rooms. However, guests who have already checked in should not be asked to go to the hotel next door to see if there is any parking space at 10 o'clock in the evening. There are many empty spaces near the gate. You can arrange guest vehicles as appropriate without hindering the passage of other cars. The security guard in the parking lot has to ask to park in the fixed parking space line. I don't know whether to say that he is doing his duty or being stubborn. There are pictures and the truth is there (see pictures), and parking is available on the side of the hotel's magnificent uphill entrance. I went to Cangzhou Golden Lion International and Nanhu Hot Spring Hotel in Hebei Province on November last year. They are both five-star hotels. I also arrived late. They were very considerate of the guests and directed the car to stop as soon as possible. There is really no one else here. In the end, we had to park on the sidewalk outside the parking lot. We took the children with us at night and asked us to go to the hotel next door to ask if we could park. ? ! Never encountered this before! Other than that, I am satisfied with the front desk service and the guest room. The room is also very large, but the mattress is relatively average. The 2.2-meter large bed is made up of two single beds. If a family of three stays with children, the one sleeping in the middle will be very uncomfortable. uncomfortable. Breakfast is also available, there are freshly fried fried pancakes, and the lady at the front desk also provided breakfast for children, thank you very much! During the May Day period, the room price was only over 200, which is really the most cost-effective hotel. Except for the difficulty of parking, everything else is very satisfactory!

The suite I booked had a strong musty smell when I entered the room. Because I checked in late, I didn't change rooms. Because Tangshan was quite cold that night, I wanted to turn on the air conditioner to warm it up. As a result, the air conditioner was turned on for more than an hour, but it was not hot at all. So I am very dissatisfied with this hotel. The cost is not high, but you are a star hotel, and this is not as good as non-star hotels. There is not enough water. I wanted to send two bottles of water, but the water was also charged. I am very dissatisfied with the stay experience of this hotel

I will definitely stay in Jiujiang when I come back. The ceiling is higher than other hotels, the view is wide, and the environment is very good. The breakfast is quite satisfactory, but the price increases every year. The best choice for visiting relatives and friends when going home~
