It is a truly special place that manages to seamlessly combine the refined comfort of a 5-star boutique hotel with a deeply spiritual atmosphere. Every single detail is meticulously cared for—from the exceptional culinary experiences to the world-class spa, which is, quite simply, incredible. What sets this place apart, however, is the soul of the people. The therapists possess more than just technical skills; they have a rare, magical gift for guiding guests through their personal transformations. For me, this experience was life-changing. I want to express my deepest gratitude to Crisy, Mary, and Vladia. The "magic" you worked on me is something I will carry forever; I will never have enough words to thank you for your wisdom and care. A special thank you also to Yanis, who made my journey from Athens to Mystras so comfortable and filled with kindness, and to the entire team for making this stay truly memorable. I left a different woman, and I will definitely be back."

"Four of my siblings and I started our family adventure at the Taleton Guesthouse. We were graciously greeted by Carolien and were made to feel like we had arrived home. It's a beautiful setting and we were treated so well. The rooms are perfect and extremely clean. We left for the evening and entered by the back of the guesthouse, and when we returned the setting reminded us of The Sound of Music gated area where the family was hidding. It was magnificent. The breakfast in the morning was an experience as well. Delicious and wonderful variety."

"Coming down from Mistra Castle, I found this hotel on the spur of the moment. It was already late when I arrived. I went up the winding mountain road. There was a hotel sign on the mountain. I was pleasantly surprised when I woke up in the morning. It was surrounded by mountains and the air was super fresh. It was so quiet that I didn't dare to speak loudly in the room. I was supposed to stay for one night, but I loved it so much that I didn't want to leave, so I added another night. This environment and facilities were only 100 euros, which was really worth it! I love Greece!"

"من الواضح أن المنتجع مخصص لعدد السكان من الزوار في سبارتا. ومن الواضح أن المنتجع مبني على حديقة شجرة الزيتون، والحفاظ على معظم الأشجار، وأن تصميمه نجح في تناسب الطبيعة بشكل مثالي. من ناحية معمارية، يبدو أنه لا يوجد عيب وبشدة. تتم صيانة جميع المرافق على مستوى عالي جدا من الجودة والفخامة. الطاقم ودود وفعال، يتأكد من إقامة ممتعة. لا داعي للقول ان الغرفة وكل المساحات العامة كانت نظيفة للغاية، وكأن المنتجع فتح ابوابه قبل بضعة أشهر. أما بالنسبة لبوفيه الإفطار فلا توجد كلمات لوصف ذلك، ولكن هناك بعض الملاحظات التي لم تعجبني. بسيطة أن تكون مثالية ولذيذة، سواء في الجودة أو مجموعة متنوعة من الخيارات! لا يمكن أن تنتظر لتجربة إقامة شاملة جميع فروعها في المرة القادمة، لتأكد من طبخهم، والتي من المحتمل أن تكون مثالية، كما كان كل شيء قد بقي في إقامتنا الأخيرة. بالمجمل تجربة رائعة .. انصح به بشدة .."

"We stayed for a night while driving around Peloponnesus. We didn't really want to stay in Sparta itself, but did want to be near Mystras, and the Taleton country house did not disappoint. Our room was off the courtyard where we enjoyed an amazing breakfast in the peaceful morning. The bed was in a loft above the sitting area (no door separates them. The only downside is that the bathroom is also on the main level, so you need to take care when descending the stairs--especially in the middle of the night! The room was spotlessly clean. Not very many power outlets, but we managed by unplugging the refrigerator. Returning to the breakfast...it was fantastic. A lot of the cooking/baking is done on premises. The variety of honey and jams was overwhelming. And delicious. The little town of Xirokampi is a little farther from Mystras than we would like, but a pleasant drive and worth the extra time."

"We stayed at Ilaeira for 2 nights and had a really relaxing time. The location is amazing being up in the mountains. We hadn't expected it to be as far up the mountain and had planned for it to be a base for sightseeing so for that it's not the ideal location but it'd you want to hike and relax in the mountains it's perfect. Having said that it is still very close to sparta and mystras. You can get the best of both worlds Be prepared with everything you need for your stay as its a long way back down if you need to nip to the shops. There is a restaurant on site which is reasonably priced and has really amazing food. The Lodge was big and very comfortable. So many amazing butterflies and so nice to be surrounded by nature can't beat the views."
