Only steps from cool restaurants, street shopping and live bands. There's a walking/bike trail one block away.
Fully renovated in May 2023. This is a duplex unit with the main unit having 3 bedrooms upstairs and full kitchen and family room on main level. Enjoy the expansive sunroom on the front.
The laundry is shared with the next door unit in the basement.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 26.About events:No events allowed.

Love this place!!!
We were in town visiting for a quick weekend (and we have never been to Indianapolis before) so we found this cute place and booked immedietly! To our surprise, it was the cutest house walking distance from an area with restaurants and more, and a short drive to the race track!! The host was quick to respond to help answer any questions we had, which wasn’t very many because everything was perfect. I will definitely book again when I come back through Indianapolis! 🙏❤️

'500 quals weekend
Perfect location for our weekend in a quiet, sweet part of our beloved town of speedway. Just blocks away from IMS, and main Street. The property was clean as a whistle, beds comfortable.... home away from home.

Great space!
This was a perfect location and space for our annual family reunion! Nice, spacious downstairs with a full bathroom, kitchen, living room, and additional sunroom in the front. The 3 bedrooms are located upstairs along with another full bath. We would definitely stay here again!

Great house in great location
We really enjoyed our stay. The place was very cute and had everything we could need to feel at home. The location, right off Main St and close to speedway was perfect.
