這個酒店位置很牛，就在老城區裏，感覺自己住進了旅遊景區裏。早上起來打開窗樓下已經有旅行團開始講解了。唯一有點不友好的是位置很難找，沒有前台，衹能打電話聯繫物業，物業告訴你大門密碼和房間密碼，對第一次來的人不是很友好。

I recently had to travel to Split for business again and have stayed in several different accommodations over the years but Grand Palace Retreat was a pleasant surprise. The location is hard to beat, especially if you don't want to use a car during your stay. It's just a short walk from the main bus, train, and ferry station, while still being right in the heart of the city center. Everything is within easy reach. The accommodation itself is brand new, yet it has managed to preserve a charming historic atmosphere. The room was spotless, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed. As I was working during my stay, I particularly appreciated the fast and reliable internet connection, which allowed me to finish my work efficiently and enjoy the beautiful city afterward. There are plenty of breakfast options nearby, along with numerous cafés, bars, and restaurants for lunch and dinner. Another big plus was the air conditioning. Despite the high temperatures outside, the room remained pleasantly cool and always felt welcoming after a long day. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would happily return on my next trip to Split. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers

We booked this through *******. What was missing from the description is that it is above three late night venues. The music went on until 3am on Friday and Saturday night and beyond 1am on the third night. We recorded decibel readings averaging 60dB and peaking at 88 dB. It is impossible to sleep. When I contacted ******* they refused to help. The owners of the apartment were rude and provocative when I complained. They believe that this is acceptable. They refuse to refund the money. At the time of writing it is 00:29am and we have decided to cut our holiday short. Avoid this apartment like the plague unless you are coming for a late night holiday and do not mind night time and early morning noise at nightclub level sound.

This is our second time staying here. You probably couldn't find a better location in Split—it is right in the city center. The rooms are clean and beautifully prepared. It is truly excellent, offering a quiet, historic atmosphere within an old stone house in Split. We had a wonderful week, thanks to the genuinely friendly staff and the fantastic breakfast. This place has now become our go-to choice for accommodation. By the way, the beds are incredibly comfortable; I’m actually going to buy one for my own home.

The apartment is beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and located in an ideal spot—close enough to walk everywhere, yet quiet enough to enjoy a relaxing night's sleep. Everything was exactly as described, and the attention to detail really stood out. Our host was kind, responsive, and gave us fantastic local recommendations that made our stay even more enjoyable. Split is a wonderful city, and staying here made the experience even better. We wouldn't hesitate to book this apartment again and can highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Amazing stay in the heart of Split! The location is absolutely perfect, right inside the Old Town and only a few steps from the Riva promenade, restaurants, and all the main attractions. The room was beautifully designed, very clean, modern, and comfortable, with a luxurious boutique feel. The hosts were extremely kind and helpful throughout the stay, giving great recommendations and making check-in very easy. Even though the property is in the center, it still felt private and relaxing. If you want a stylish and authentic experience in Split, I would definitely recommend staying here. I would happily come back again!

Exceptional, both for location and accommodation. Every detail in our rooms had been thought of. It was spotless and looked like newly refurbed. The decor and comfort was perfect. Our host met us at our drop off and gave us clear instructions followed up by recommendations things to do and dining out. Can’t fault this place and will be back. Split itself is utterly beautiful although cruise ships off load their passengers on a daily basis which makes it busy but there is so much to do and many islands and town to explore
