非常好的一家酒店，位置就在老城邊上，吃飯買東西都很方便，去碼頭和巴士站，也不遠。服務非常熱情，床品的都很好，十分乾淨。

酒店是居民樓改造的那種，前台一直有人很方便，可以寄存行李。前台小姐姐會給一張地圖，遊玩的和吃的會推薦一下。房間不是很大，不過一人住木問題，床比較窄，但是睡得還挺舒服。離着古城非常近，就幾十米就進古城了，所以這裏遊人不多，但是方便。從汽車站走過來大概十分鐘吧，一路沿着海邊和古城，走一下就到了，全程沒有台階。

在古城口，非常乾淨舒適寬敞和美麗的房間，早餐品質和環境更是給人驚喜

Great room and location. The room is substantially large for a European room. It was very clean and modern. Bed was very comfortable, great linen and pillow and strong Air conditioning, which you will desperately need in the middle of the day. The staff is friendly and very helpful. You are 3 minute walk to the palace, which is really convenient - close enough to all the tourist, yet a little bit away to enjoy not being in the center of all the tourist. The only downside: The front of the building has no curb appeal, it makes you wonder what you might be walking into. The sidewalk is tiny and it is on the corner of an intersection; but walk in, it is safe, clean, modern and friendly. It is an UNESCO site, so there is not much they can do with the outside of the building, the inside is lovely

Dont judge things by their appearances. Yes, this hotel is on the 3rd floor of an old building with only one narrow lift (quite charming). But once you step inside, you will find a refreshingly renovated reception and comfortable modern rooms. My room had everything I needed, was well airconditioned, quiet and spacious. The ladies at reception are the most friendly and cheerful staff I came across this trip. Always ready to help and offer advice or a few words to brighten up my day, they make my stay here more special. The hotel does not offer breakfast. But fear not, it recommended a few places including what I considered the best and most delicious breakfast place on my entire 4 weeks trip! When you exit the hotel building, just turn right and keep walking for about 5-7 minutes and you will come to this amazing cafe. Make sure you give it and this hotel a try!

Overall, nice, accessible place near everything. Convenient grocery shop downstairs. Wish we had a view, but still a good spot with space to spread out. The kitchen should have been supplied with paper towels - otherwise good set up. Thank you!

The staff/receptionist was great. My issues were breakfast starting at 8 so if you had early activities, a sandwich will be prepared for you the night before ( for me was the same sandwich and peach 3 days in a row 🙄. Also, they provide one (1) teabag and one coffee packet per day. They come each day and place one teabag and coffee packet. I would have used the same towel for more than one day but I didn't advise because I needed the coffee station replenished EVERYDAY so they had to enrer the room everyday. The coffee/tea rationing was disappointing. Otherwise, clean room and great location.

Ideal location! Great communication! Helpful staff! No breakfast at the place but partnership very close by and very good! Would definitely recommend
