Steam Plant Hotel

Great location and the service by the front desk was exceptional

This facility is filthy. You have to navigate through unhoused groups to reach the office. It is unsafe to walk to any of the business in the area. My sheets were not changed, evidenced by there being untucked bottom sheets and grass and dirt on the sheets. The lightbulbs are are blown in several outlets. There is live growing mold in the shower. Unless you want to watch and HEAR TRAINS ALL NIGHT LONG, this many not be for you

Do not stay!!! Not a hotel, it’s a motel with outward facing doors to sketchy downtown Spokane. I’ve stayed in motels for $80 a night that were nicer than this place. Room smelled bad, carpet was ripped, overall just gross room. My partner and I informed the front desk who offered no apology and we decided we would rather eat the costs and leave to stay at a different hotel in Spokane valley rather than stay in that room. Only highlight of this place is the short walking distance to many restaurants, but literally just pay for parking and stay somewhere else!

This hotel has potential it was centrally located to downtown and in walking distance to most activities. The staff were courteous and helpful. The physical plant of the hotel looks a little tired. Carpeted hall ways were not swept and the area under the stairs was dirty. The rooms were basic they repainted the rooms to freshen it up but failed to do the easy upgrades e.g new light switch covers and outlets. The main cabinet which included the desk and refrigerator had a 6” square piece of laminate missing exposing particleboard. The bathroom was small but functional. The food at Rosies was ok but with limited options. Overall an ok experience.

Staff were helpful. Breakfast was food at Rosie’s. Close to downtown. The train runs right by the hotel, but the noise isn’t terrible.

Was there for hoopfest. Great location, but you have to be able to contend with the elevated train that rumbles by all day and night. It really ****** at night.

The staff are great and the location is great for down town Spokane. Close to everything. All easy walking distance

The araff was great and polite. Some guest were very accommodating f. D quiet guest, others were not.train very lose ch. sights. The motorcycle people were taking the handicapped space I am one and her sticker. Why did they think they could satkenir??
