The house is a total of 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms spread over 3 levels. The bottom level features its own apartment with a separate full kitchen, living/dining room combo, bedroom, bathroom and washer/dryer. The top level has 2 bedrooms and Jack and Jill bathroom.
