Reasonably comfortable place to stay. Kitchen appliances and utensils need updating.

We stayed in a two-bedroom and two-bathroom apartment. The apartment was a good size for three adults and had most of the amenities we needed. The location was acceptable; it wasn't in the central business district (CBD), but most places were about a 10-minute walk away. It was close to several bus stops and a supermarket. However, the apartment was somewhat run down and in need of renovation. It was not properly cleaned before our check-in. Unfortunately, we encountered cockroaches and other pests during our stay. The apartment staff promptly arranged for pest control when informed, which helped somewhat but did not completely eliminate the pests. We were unable to find alternative accommodation, so we had to stay for the full eight nights. This made our stay uncomfortable, and we had to be extremely cautious when eating in the apartment, cleaning up after meals and where we put things. To compensate for the inconvenience, we received a partial refund on our accommodation.

Closest pub the alliance up lane left. Quiet area close to city. Large apartments.

Wedding Great location and comfortable

The apartments seriously needs refurbishing.There was mold in the bathroom and the rooms were dirty. Stay away from this place. The only reason why we didn’t give it one star was the pleasant personal in the reception welcoming us.
