Well maintained garden located in the iconic Namaqua especially in Spring. Reception was cool but service at restaurant impeccable though menu limited. Well guarded compound but a big bird cage and local iconic plants.

We were group of 16 people, all staying at the most beautiful place Kleinplasie Guesthouse. The place is very clean, rooms big and cosy, the owner give us some suggestions what to visit and he arranged reservation for our dinner at lovely restaurant. Absolutely nice place to stay at when to be in Springbok.

My fiancé and I stayed at Kleinplasie Guesthouse this past weekend, and unfortunately, our experience was not a pleasant one. Coming from the hospitality industry myself, I had certain expectations of warmth, welcome, and professionalism, but sadly, this was not what we received. From arrival to departure, there was no sense of hospitality extended towards us. We felt invisible as guests, while white visitors appeared to be warmly acknowledged and recognized. This lack of acknowledgment made us feel excluded and uncomfortable, and left us questioning whether race played a role in the way we were treated. As someone who values good service and knows the standards of hospitality, I found this disappointing. A guesthouse should make all guests feel welcome and at home, regardless of background. Sadly, that was not our experience at Kleinplasie. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and reflects on how important inclusivity and warmth are in the hospitality industry.

Beautiful spacious rooms. Tranquil. Very neat. Everything you need at a guesthouse. We will definitely return to this guesthouse. Friendly staff. Clean water from tap - filtered borehole water. You can purchase “braaipakkies” and have a barbeque here if you wish to do so.

Very pleasant stay. Warm welcome with room being very neat and tidy. I would definitely recommend this venue to others seeking accommodation in Springbok. Had supper at the nearby Tauren Restuarant which was also good value for money.

The facilities were very clean, neat and of a good quality and standard. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kleinplasie. The rooms were neat and tidy and it contained all the facilities that one would need. Everything was in working order and they accommodated the load shedding as well.

A great place to or from Namibia.
Very nice, super friendly staff. There is a good selection of wines and beer to purchase as well as a nice selection of braai packs to buy. Naturally braai wood to buy and a free lighter and box of matches to boot.
