Stylish and funky, "The Way" is conveniently located in the heart of Northwest Arkansas. Many amenities and activities are within a few minutes of driving or biking. It has easy access to I-49 and is only minutes to Fayetteville. This bright, spacious home has space for up to 7 people featuring three bedrooms consisting of two queen beds, a full size bed and twin bed with Smart HDTVs in all bedrooms with free WIFI available throughout the property and keyless entry for easy entry and exit.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.There aren't currently any baby items onsite..About customRules:Please place your dishes in the dishwasher. We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and had plenty of room for our family. When a small need arose, the owner took care of it for us as soon as possible. The kids loved the fun beds, and having lots of toys available, and we adults enjoyed the comfortable beds!

Perfect Accommodations
Clean, convenient and easy. Reasonably priced roomy location with the comforts of home. We were down for graduation weekend and had family coming with us and the space worked out perfectly. Rooms were comfy and lots of extras. The only downside is the traffic can be a little loud, but they have extra fans etc to help drown that out. I would most definitely stay here again!

Great Place
Our family has spent a LOT of time at VRBOs, and this house was, BY FAR, the cleanest, most well stocked rental we’ve ever stayed at. The house was excellent. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is the location. It’s right on the corner of a busy intersection and there is no privacy fence, so the outside isn’t very private or usable.

Graduation
I came for my graduation at UARK and this place exceeded our expectations. The location is across from a foot truck spot and convenient to everywhere. My code don’t work when I arrived and I called the number expecting to have to wait to hear back and he answered after the 2nd ring and helped us (awesome). They had plenty towels, fully stocked kitchen, and extra blankets. This place was simply amazing. When I come back I will be staying here again. Only thing I would suggest is they get an ironing board and a better iron. Even if they don’t I am still coming back to stay here lol.
