House was clean and convenient. Yard was a little rough. Wasn’t a yard to spend outdoor time in. The bathtub/shower could use a bath mat as it is really slippery and no grab bars

Great Great Grandma visits The house is addorable! Very clean and cozy had 3 generations of ladies and a friend ,drove from wisconsin. Could use a patio table or picnic table in the back yard. I understand it looks like the outside may still be a work in progress. Overall would definateley stay again.

We loved our little home in Springfield! The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials. The coffee grinder came in handy as well as the Keurig. Beds were good. Nice towels and plenty of kitchen towels and beach towels! Awesome!

Happy to be here for Hayward We stayed here as a family for a Meet at Hayward Field. It was ideal for us and we were very pleased with Cory’s place. He was also willing to accommodate a late change to our plans which he did not have to do. It is has a well appointed kitchen too.

Cory's place was perfect for our stay. The house was cozy and clean and had everything we needed. We were wine tasting and the location was a good base. It was also very close to downtown Springfield which had everything you could ask for...tasting rooms, brew pubs, restaurants. Communication with Cory was easy and check in was smooth. If we're back in the area, we will definitely try to book Cory's place again.

Family Visit This was a very clean place to stay and easy to find. My siblings and I were there to visit a brother who lives in Springfield and it was my first time renting a VRBO. My host communicated with me whenever I had a question and was very nice to deal with.
