Premier Inn Ipswich (Chantry Park)

The staff is very friendly and nice! They are helpful and the front desk is 24/7!

We had a fantastic week at this gem of a Premier Inn tucked beside the A14 but with minimal road noise. The building may be older than many but the housekeeping staff Sylvie, Lai, Tammy and Paul on maintenance do a great job of keeping it all clean and working well. There's no air conditioning but even on the hottest day (35°C outside) we were comfortable. Reception staff greeted us with smiles and happily refrigerated/froze our bottled water and ice blocks. They offered advice on places to visit and made sure our requests were met. Saving the best till last Breakfast was a joy every day. The breakfast room was kept tidy and the continental breakfast supplies kept well stocked by Selina and Justin and the well cooked and presented hot breakfasts turned out to order by Nicole, David and Caroline (what a treat to get fried bread when so many places no longer offer it). Emily must be a great manager to oversee all this and the whole staff are a credit. I feel sure we'll be back here again.

Really, really enjoyed our two nights in the Premier Inn on a recent house-hunting trip. Our room was quiet, airy and bright, and in immaculate condition thanks to Sylvia and her housekeeping team. Nothing was any trouble, car parked outside our window and The Beagle next door for refreshments. Breakfast was excellent with perfect poached eggs to set us up each day. Lovely and helpful reception staff and the hotel is in a perfect spot for access to the town and the coast beyond. Have stayed here before and will be happy to stay again in the future.

Warm welcome with friendly reception staff. comfortable room comfortable bed Perhaps more channels on room tv but the room was good space to stay in. helpful friendly staff especially at breakfast. The restaurant next door we had 2 evenings meals enjoyed most food only disappointment was calamari, that aside food very enjoyable. Enjoyable stay.

The hotel was perfectly located for our son's wedding and was bery comfortable. The staff are all lovely but special mention goes to Seline who was so attentive and friendly. A lovely lady and an asset to the hotel! Would highly recommend for a stay 👏

We were attending a wedding close by so stayed for the 1 night in a family room with 2 young children. Room was comfortable. Star of the show was the staff member at breakfast! Providing colouring, games and a small gift each for our children. It was a busy breakfast and only that 1 member of staff but she was fantastic
