Being centrally located between Marquette and Houghton allows you to travel to either within an hour. 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom house with private lake access on neighboring lot. Two bedrooms on main level--one with a queen bed, and another with a full/twin bunkbed (with extra pullout twin trundle bed). One bedroom with a full bed, and family room, in walkout basement. Pullout couch available in main level living room. Gas station/convenience store and restaurants within a 10 minute drive.
