The staff at the swimming area is very ill mannered and disrespectful towards clients and are very rude to customers. Do not go if you want a good experience, I left with tears in my eyes.

Wonderful Hotel and Staff.One of the best hotels in the city with beautiful rooms,indoor outdoor pools,spa from loccitane the famous french brand.the top notched service provided by the entire staff especially reception team who are always found smiling and takes a good care of every guests.the food is amazing. We would love to come back here and would recommend everyone to visit the property.

Rashik, Saqib, Khusbu, Sabina, Mysar and all staff gave us the best experience. We had an amazing time staying here and exploring Jammu and Kashmir. We will definitely come back to this amazing property and especially for the amazing staff!

Recently I had the pleasure of staying at Radisson collection hotel n spa...and I must say it was an amazing experience.Staff were warm.Room was clean n comfortable. Service was good especially during breakfast time...all the staff members..Sadaf, Khushboo, Mubashir, Roohi...were very attentive. One thing which I think was absent..was an amenity for kids...no playzone for kids ..that should be considered for sure. Overall wonderful stay n I must recommend this one.

Overall the stay was wonderful ! Well made and Taste fully designed Hotel ! Since it’s a new property , everything from towels to beds were fresh and comfortable. The staff was super courteous and helpful Umar from the Front office team who guided us well as it was our first time in Kashmir. The location is convenient not very far from Dal but right in front of Jhelum. Breakfast buffet spread could have been better. Liked the Kashmiri authentic dishes Bhuna Ghost and rogan Josh ! Kahwa is a must try too Indoor pool was not temperature controlled !

From the moment I stepped in the hotel it was bliss I've stayed at a number of radisson properties a few collections tooo but this was magical the front desk staff was bery prompt courteous and warm were very quick to escort me to my room they did guide me about the hotel facilities breakfast was decent can add a few more dishes too the spread and chuck the bottled milkshakes not worth taste is bad food in the restaurant waa amazing must try bhuna ghost view of the lake is soothing and security too is top notch I loved the way they took care of my family in all I am coming back soon not for srinagar but for the radisson collection......

There has been a fraud with me by radisson collection hotel & spa, riverfront Srinagar. I booked a room there for one night from agoda application. The room was booked but i got a mail that room has been allotted to someone else. I had a word with the agoda customer care and they said that hotel booking was confirmed. There was no communication from hotel with me about anything. Unprofessional management , lack of communication and no ethics Recommended not to visit
