The location is perfect—peaceful yet very close to Dal Lake and other major attractions. The food was delicious, offering both local Kashmiri flavors and a good variety of other cuisines. What truly stood out was the attention to detail and the genuine hospitality shown by the team. If you’re visiting Srinagar and want a relaxing, memorable stay, I highly recommend this hotel. It truly feels like a home away from home.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The food was absolutely delicious, with a perfect balance of simplicity and rich flavors, especially at the hotel’s restaurant. Every meal felt like a treat. I had a wonderful three-night stay at De Elaaf Srinagar! The hospitality was top-notch, and the breakfast and dinner buffets, though compact, were delightful and satisfying. A special mention to the housekeeping manager, Mr. Nadeem, whose kindness truly stood out. He brought me medicine when I needed it and even accompanied me on a late-night walk ***** the Jhelum River to make sure I felt safe. Such exceptional care and attention made my stay truly memorable. The interiors were beautifully traditional with intricate woodwork and clean, cozy rooms. The views from the Super Deluxe Room Garden View were breathtaking, especially at sunrise. We stayed in Hotel De Elaaf for 5 nights and had a delightful experience. The location of this hotel is in a prime residential area & away from the busy market area.
