I had a wonderful time at The Residency, Srinagar! The newly renovated rooms are beautiful, modern, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. The location is perfect, with great views and easy access to the city. The food was delicious, and the overall experience was fantastic. Highly recommended for a perfect stay!

At The Residency Hotel , we had a pleasant stay - all friends . 12 ppl in all . The rooms were cleaned on daily basis - we stay for 6 days . The toilets were well kept . Breakfast was just nice with hot made omelets… poori , Bhajji, and upuma. And tea at your request . Juices too . Dinner was hot and special special mention on the owner - and the team of workers - front office manager Sana were all like family in finding my lost Apple iPhone . Finally thru their cc-tv cam they got it for me in a matter of less than an hour after I complained!🙏🙏🙏😊That again made 1 of the Happiest moment in my life . Thank you sir and ur team for the effort u took . Please keep it up and stay blessed 😇. Thank you .

Horrible stay in srinagar No room service, no housekeeping No extra bed, no kitchen in hotel, Poor staff behaviour Not for tourists. Don’t go with friends and family Terrible experience Not recommended Please avoid if possible Not even mineral water given to our family group.

No service provided. bad and worst experience. Worst room service.very very arrogant and rude behaviour of senior staff..Food was absolutely worst and tasteless. The parking facility was dangerous. Damage to the car from the parking lot.

Worst hotel Most pathetic hotel I have ever visited. Ridiculous service. They Provide 1 bottle for 1 room with 4 guests. Extra bottle charges are ₹90,as if they are serving the pure water from the Mountains. It takes them 5 hrs to get a simple water bottle to the room. We were travelling with small kids and this is how their service was. Their staff were not at all cooperative. Never recommending this hotel to anyone ever.

Rooms are clean, well kept and well maintained. The receptionists are very helpful and nice. I feel very well treated by the hotel staff and management. I have no complaints, and I would surely recommend the Residency Hotel to my friends.

Quite impressed with the rooms and services of the hotel. Despite the entire Srinagar being shut due to Eid holidays, that did not affect the hotel's service. Really appreciate the hotel staff for being so hospitable and helpful. Thanks to Ms Mahfuza and Rozi for complying to service requests every time. Great experience!

We had booked Residencykashmir for our family trip we really enjoyed our stay there the food was so yummy and special thanks to chef Saboor for making us South Indian delights like Idly and Uppu Ma it was so yummy. Anil chef nade us felt like home for preparation of great dinner. Service team headed by Subzar was appreciated House keeping Naina Guljeet did a wonderful job. Front desk Mafoosa,Rozy always welcoming over all we felt like home definitely will recommend to our friends. Special thanks to GM Haroun for taking extra care good luck team
