"Everyone must read every letter from the hotel carefully! Apartment hotel, no front desk! This is explained in the booking form and letter. You need to rely on the prompt 1️⃣ in the letter to find the way, 2️⃣ get the password (1st code) to enter the property in the apartment area, 3️⃣ the password (2nd code) to get the key. This very important letter was sent within 72 hours before check-in. Be sure to pay attention to your mailbox and every prompt of the Trip.com system! ! ! Bookings in China are through Trip.com , but overseas agents are another one. If the hotel mentions the name of another agent during the call, don't panic. Leave messages through the platform of Trip.com , which often show an unread state. The actual experience is that the other party may have received the message. The network phone can be connected. Service attitude is very good. The current service phone work method is: before 7 pm is the customer service center of the hotel group; After 7 pm is the local staff of St. Ann. The apartment itself is great. The photo is real for reference. Overall recommendation!"

"A very low-key hotel, not easy to find. Pay attention to the flag of Scotland hanging at the door of the store. There is also a sign with the name of the hotel on the side of the building. If you forget which side it is on, you can also pay attention to it. From the train station, you can take a local bus and get off at St. Ann's bus terminal or the closer Grannie Klarks Wynd (Wynd means small road) station. The hotel is across the road. There is heavy traffic, so be careful when crossing the road. The service staff at the hotel are very welcoming! Feel at home! The hotel is very clean and can withstand the strictest health inspections! Very happy with this! Photos cannot express all the goodness of the hotel...the view is excellent, especially the breakfast area. The location is also great, very close to the beach and main streets such as Market Street. highly recommended."

"The most surprising hotel during the trip to Scotland. On the first day, a white guy at the front desk was very enthusiastic and patient. On the second day, I met a black girl who could speak simple Chinese and was very enthusiastic to help us communicate and book the golf course. The waiter in the Italian restaurant was also very good and very enthusiastic. I originally only stayed in the hotel for one night, but decided to book another night on the second day. The overall experience was great. Thank you"

"Room as lovely & very close to the centre of town however this means that it is noisy with people out at night.
My main issue was the shower it was a nightmare, either scalding hot or freezing cold with absolutely no pressure. Couldn’t actually use it as it was so bad. So if you want to have a shower then I’d take this into consideration when booking."

"It's very clean. In an environment where homestays abroad are very clean and Buddhist-like, this residence is cleaned by a professional team. It's really clean. There is enough space and all utensils are included. The manager is also very easy to communicate with. Staying here is much more cost-effective than a hotel!"

"The hotel is not big, the location is just across the road from the old campus of St. Andrews University, very close to the commercial street and not far from the old stadium. The breakfast can be said to be relatively rich, there are several kinds of regular meals, and special, which changes with the seasons. The restaurant is almost full on weekends when there is a lot of people, and it is usually better. On-street parking outside the door is free but there is no private parking lot. It is easy to have a place during school holidays. I don’t know at other times."

This stunning flat provides a calm and comfortable oasis near to the town's West Port. 23 Argyle Street is a ground floor south facing flat sleeping 2 people, in its sumptuous bedroom with king size bed (UK King is 5ft wide). This flat has the original front door to the whole building and is all on one level with high ceilings. It has 1 large bedroom at the back and a sunny south facing sitting room/dining area with bay window street side. The beautiful round dining table can seat up to 4 and we have one large sofa in the bay window and another medium size sofa alongside. The TV is 43 inch. The flat also has free wifi/broadband. CChun Kong ChoyThe establishment is more interested in running it's restaurant business than the hotel which is formed as one business attached together as one business entity. Even the entrance of the hotel is locked and guests have to use the entrance of the restaurant. No helper to help carry luggages as all the workers were busy helping in the restaurant. There is no elevator for a 3 storey climb to the rooms.

GGuest UserOverall very good and the staff is very friendly. Room facilities cannot be compared to domestic 4-5 stars, but clean and tidy. The only downside is that Wi-Fi cannot be connected. The price is really too expensive. More than 1900
