酒店環境很好，設施也很齊全，前台接待人熱情，很細心，房間也很乾凈，淋浴水壓很合適，很舒服，停車也非常方便，車位設計也很寬敞，非常好的體驗，很難得這個價位有這麼舒適的體驗，極力推薦，以後还会選擇這家酒店并推荐周边亲朋好友

Bad location. Stain on the bed sheet and comfort. Shower in the washroom was broken, no hot water. Bad smell in the room.

Clean remodeld hotel pet friendly ground floor rooms. Staff friendly and helpful. On site restaurant for breakfast only. Many other restaurants close by ,also malls and outlet mall Only 15 minutes to Niagara on the lake .welland canal 5 minutes away to watch boats enter the locks. Garison house restaurant in Niagara on the lake is great with prime rib sundays.

So there is ‘Me’ and two tiny dogs. Each one at least 10 lbs., soaking wet! I have taken to using “Bring Fido” app to search for accommodation that doesn’t charge extra for dogs. Be wise and be careful as this App uses USD. Call the hotel in advance to see if it jives with the App. Without doubt, I have found Comfort Inn’s to be the perfect stop. When you book don’t forget to mention you have your pooches with you. The location in Saint Catharines Ontario was perfect for us, location, cost, and the Staff were friendly and efficient. I had a lovely affordable room with patio doors to the parking lot and a great green area for your dogs to relieve themselves. This time there was snow and someone had the foresight to shovel an area of green grass for the dogs. The room and hotel clean, comfortable, up to date with a minimum charge per night for my dogs. When we travel, we bring our own crate, food and bowls, bedding and poo bags. I also leave extra $ for house keeping when we leave. I really appreciate the fact that Comfort Inns have recognized that we pet owners are sincere ( well some of us ) and care about the property’s we stay at. I clean and tidy before I leave. St Catharines location had a personal touch that I have not seen before. I stayed an extra day. 👏👏
