Beautiful place lovely amenities and great service.

Das Hotel kann nur maximal 3 Sterne, es gibt nur das einfachste Möbel und gibt weder Air condition noch Kühlschrank noch gratis 2 Flasche Wasser. Das Hotel ist in der Nähe des Zentrums und hat ein klein Swinning Pool mit schönen Garten. Das Personal ist nett. Das Frühstück ist einfach dtandard.

We needed an overnight stop and found the town a lovely scenic spot with harbour and lighthouse to explore. Guest house is unique with lovely rooms and surroundings. All mod cons and enjoyable breakfast

Very nice refurbished hotel on a beautiful and safe location. Lovely breakfast and very friendly staff. The beds however might need to be renewed in the future.

The guest house itself as in location, the breakfast and pool area were all fantastic. I started my stay alone and then my children joined in a family room. I stayed at the property for 9 nights. Our family room was not ideal. It was dark, cold and disconnected from tge property. Although private, we felt fogetten about. The only shower was an putside shower and the weather was cold. There abdolutely no way of heating the room. For a long stay there was no mini bar in the room or a small microwave. It felt sparse. I would have expected a lot more for the rate. The mattress on the doulbd bed downstairs is old and as far as i could see, did not have a mattress protector. Thete was also some kind of rodent 'poop' falling from the thatch onto the beds. It was strange as a few of the nicer rooms seemed to be standing open but were never offered to us. We did feel a bit the "poor 2nd coisins".

Friendly staff from the initial greeting. Loved our room no5 Definitely a place you could stay for a long vacation. In walking distance to the beach and shops.

My wife and I were travelling the Garden Route in Winter and stayed for just one night at Sandals Guest House. A lovely welcome awaited us with the wood burner alight and providing some much needed heat! We were the only guests that night but nothing was too much for the staff who were great. We watched a torrential downpour and thunderstorm on the thatched roof, very dramatic! When it was over we walked down to the beach and Watched the Indian Ocean rollers breaking there, very dramatic. We finished our evening with a lovely meal across the road where a band was playing. A lovely and varied breakfast was awaiting us the following morning and apart from needing a spare heater for our room for the night we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend Sandals Guest House to any one. I booked it for my parents anniversary and they said they loved it great room service was great and they said was one of the best places they stayed

Staff at breakfast was absolutely poor. They need some training in customer service. Had a 2 day reservation and paid in full only stayed one night and departed. They will never see me again!

Sandals is a lovely welcoming guesthouse. We were made to feel very welcome. The rooms are clean comfortable and all different. We loved the outside shower, although it would be good to have a shower attached to the wall over the bath for the less warms days. There was plenty of storage space. There was a great choice for breakfast and it was all delicious. As guests have said there is no air conditioning just fans and lots of windows that open to catch the breeze which we loved. The staff are so kind and helpful. The beach is only a couple of minutes walk away as is the "village" with shops and restaurants.

Lovely thatched roof establishment, pretty gardens with decking and pool, parking. Rooms very comfortable. Good breakfast choice and an honesty bar. Less than 5 mins walk from a restaurant, bagel shop,Spar supermarket, bank. Beach is 5 minutes walk with toilet facilities. About 3 miles by car from the canals in one direction and a little further to Seal Point lighthouse.

This guest house has little to offer. Yes it is near the beach but just a tiny bay not the main beach. Room and private outdoor space was ok no fridge or AC. Breakfast was minimal although cooked to order. Buffet for fruit meats and cheese was not kept cool and open to insects . Honesty bar and shared fridge within main area both very underwhelming. All in all a disappointing experience

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful setting . The staff were amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfasts . Quietly tucked away from the main street but in a great location to either explore in the car of the many local attractions or by foot of the town centre. My only thing to its detriment is that it did not have AC and relied on fans .

What an incredible experience, best service, excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff. They also upgraded us to a better room!!
