Cocobay Resort Antigua - All Inclusive - Adults Only

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at Cocobay in August, and from the moment we arrived, we were met with warmth and genuine hospitality. The reception team greeted us with a friendly welcome and encouraged us to take a moment to relax and enjoy the stunning surroundings, accompanied by a delicious rum punch. It was a thoughtful and calming start to our stay after a long flight from the UK. Throughout our visit, every member of the reception staff we encountered was professional, courteous, and kind. They truly exemplify teamwork and excellence in service. Our room was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A special thank you for the chilled champagne left in our room to celebrate my birthday—it was a lovely and much-appreciated gesture. Cocobay is, without a doubt, one of the finest hotels we have experienced in the Caribbean. The service across all departments was exceptional, with staff consistently going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. While I may not recall every name, I would like to acknowledge a few individuals who stood out: Denise, Sandy, Delica, Jermaine, Trevisha, Shaval, Cheryl, Anaia (apologies if misspelled), Jahbisha, and Kerry. Each of them contributed to making our stay memorable. A special mention must go to Sandy W, who took excellent care of our room and added a touch of character to our experience—thank you, Sandy W. And to Denise at the restaurant, who was simply outstanding: always attentive, checking in to ensure we had everything we needed, and consistently going the extra mile. We are truly grateful for her kindness and dedication. To all the staff at Cocobay, thank you. You are a credit to the hotel, and we did not encounter a single team member who was anything less than wonderful. We were hoping to come back for December, but alas the hotel looks fully booked. We hope that we will be able visit again next year. Thank you all again.

This is an adults-only hotel, and I absolutely loved my stay here. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to help with anything you need. The food was excellent — tasty, fresh, and with plenty of variety for both meat lovers and vegetarians. The views are stunning, the atmosphere is calm, and it never feels crowded. There are several pools to choose from, which makes it easy to find a quiet spot. Overall, it’s the perfect place for those who value peace, relaxation, and a more exclusive vacation experience.

beautiful scenery, good food, nice room, not sure what the negative reviews are about people are friendly. would definitly recommend
