DO NOT BOOK HERE. IT IS NOT WORTH THE SAVINGS. Pay a little extra. Rooms smell like urine. They use "ozonators" to disinfect them. Spaces treated with ozone need to be properly and completely aerated before human occupancy. However, these rooms are tiny with windows that do no open. As a result they smell like urine and possibly pose a health hazard to sensitive individuals. Overall, the business model of the hotel seems to be to provide the bare minimum (some rooms didn't even have pillows) in order to charge less. But they charge you for everything on the backend (cleaning, towels, etc). Health inspector needs should definitely pay this place a visit. DO NOT BOOK HERE. PAY A LITTLE EXTRA AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

The staff was very nice and helpful. We actually stayed an extra night. But we wish that we had more information about the pool not being open otherwise I don’t think we would have stayed the extra night. 🤔

St. Augustine one night stay.
Unfortunately we found a bug in the bathroom and cobwebs under the sink we did not see upon room inspection. The bed was comfortable for the one night, but seems like a luxury cot. The location was awesome for us and 15 minutes to St. Augustine historical district.

I had a wonderful full month staying here. The staff is super helpful and accommodate your needs. This is a big hotel and they get it done while being courteous even when you can tell they have a lot to do. It was always quiet and my neighbors and I created great friendships. There is plenty of parking and a new Starbucks right next door. If you're looking for an extended stay or just overnight I highly recommended Stayable Hotel St. Augustine.
