This hotel has a great location in Paceville. It's close to the clubs, sea, bus stops, cheap food and nice pubs.
It begins to be cold in the rooms in November which have electric heater but they doesn't work.
There aren't a lot of things in hotel which are described on the hotel's page. The rooms doesn't have fridges, minibars, heating, sockets near the beds, electric kettle and cutlery. In hotel also isn't kitchen.
There are very long halls and sometimes is needed time to come or go out.
I booked my stay through the trip.com so it was quite cheap around 22-24€ for two persons but if you want to extend on the reception it costs 20€ per person.

The hotel is very old. The air conditioner is portable. There is no swimming pool and fitness center. Since after Covid, it is not as expected.

Pros:
1. Good location
2. Tasty English breakfast
3. Large room with side sea view
Minuses:
1. The first time it happened to me, I waited for a room for 2 hours at the reception, i.e. from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., because it was supposed to be cleaned all the time, from check-out from 11
2. For the whole week other rooms were cleaned, but not mine, I had to put the rubbish out the door, and the employees asked for towels
3. Poor organization of work, as if hotel employees are hired by chance
4. Out of 4 elevators, only 1 was in operation, and not always, so I had to descend and climb to the top floor several times a day

After a work week and hotel paid by the company I wanted to extend my visit by 1 day. Rates on the sites where for that day from 52 to 66 euro. Since I wanted to stay in the same room I booked at the hotel...88 eur and above that the lady at the counter even wanted extra for a breakfast..a gentleman behind the counter corrected her. Then I requested to keep the room, the hotel was empty, for 2 more hours. At first no problem, I requested it the night before it was 20 euro, the day itself it was 30 euros. By check out, while I paid all and left the hotel before 9am, I was chased to check out..for nothing I even did not receive a final invoice. They ruined my last day and the until then good memories of the island. A must say..hardly any maltese person was seen. To avoid.
