We were able to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and the stay in the guesthouse for a few days. What a wonderful and fully equipped guesthouse to relax and take trips to see wildlife. Roos and Jolanda know the area and are very helpful in arranging trips. Thanks for the hospitality, Hidde T.

We had a great time in St Lucia and at Afrikhaya Guest House. Due to a major delay with our flight, we arrived very late, but the manager Tammy and her husband were there to welcome and support us. Also, due to the delay, we had to adjust our planning, because we already missed our first game drive. Tammy called the travel agency and rescheduled all of our excursions, without asking! So next to the great location, the clean and Nice rooms and the atmosphere, we most appreciated their kindness and fabulous service!

We spend two nights in this guesthouse and we can highly recommend it. We were warmly welkomed bij Roosmarie en Mischa when we arrived. Roosmarie helped us immediately with tours and gave us information about the area. The rooms were nice, good shower and we loved the honesty ba and living room. We even used the swimmingpool although it was a little cold. Thank you for the nice stay and wish you alll the best! And for fixing my bag by Marcia

What a super place to stay. St. Lucia we prefer above Kruger. Here is nature real nature. Our host and her staff were super. They had good advises for trips in the area. We stayed 4 days.

We stayed for 3 nights at the Afrikhaya Guest House and would wholeheartedly recommend it. The owner and staff were friendly and welcoming and the very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a choice of cold buffet items and a cooked meal. Plus ample hot and cold drinks. Joyce the owner was really happy to help us organise guides and trips, and provided clear travel information

What an absolutely amazing little gem nestled in the leafy town of St. Lucia. The rooms are suburb and the breakfast absolutely delicious. We felt right at home with Aunt Joyce, and her wonderful staff who made our stay memorable with our baby girl. Aunt Joyce didn’t hesitate to grant us evening access to the kitchen to prepare our daughter’s meals and was exceptionally helpful all-round. Afri-African Khaya-Home is your home away from home, it truly embodies the name.

Absolutely nothing we can complain from, except perhaps, demolishing the whole place and converting it in to a 5 Star Hotel! Owner and stuff - excellent! Privacy - comfortable...but it depends on the guests, in the end of the day. Food - well...it's not a private chief... but they really make an effort! All in all 9 out of 10. Thank You for you hospitality!
