I’ve been going there for years and I could really see significant improvements and a conscious effort in welcoming and nurturing guests. "Lovely hotel masha Allah - standouts include both the reception staff as well as the restaurant staff who were exceptional with their attentive service. Restaurant food at Le Grand Bleu was of high quality, we experienced a lovely dinner service and we made sure to thank the head chef who was very friendly as well as the waiters. The two young male waiters were super friendly and professional, lovely to see. Breakfast service was very good too. Only thing about the hotel that would have been nicer is if the private bathroom had a bath tub in the Executive/Privilege with sea view and a cooler room during summer months. Still highly recommend this hotel."
