2024年的最後一天，和兩位室友一起在外跨年，選擇了好久酒店。站前附近的酒店瘋狂漲價，最後我們鬧中取靜，入住了價格相對平穩的、位於立山廣場的如家酒店。現在來針對我們入住的301房間（套房）做一下整體評價。 服務：這次的服務可以給到滿分。辦理入住時，前台工作效率高，能夠準確無誤地完成入住工作。同時，由於我們是三個人入住，所以前台主動詢問我們需要幾張房卡，又主動詢問我們是否需要購買早餐。晚上的時候，房間裏的水都喝完了，和前台溝通後，又免費給了幾瓶。可以説，這次在服務方面做的都很好，希望酒店能夠把這一優勢繼續保持下去。 環境：酒店的地理位置相對優越，位於立山區繁華路段，距離大悦城僅一步之遙，公交線路也比較多。大堂明亮整潔，房間佈局較為合理。但有一個問題，那就是房間在晚上時會顯得有些昏暗，因為客廳（算上床頭燈和枱燈）總共有六個燈，但只有枱燈的亮度還尚可，其他的燈都比較暗，導致晚上在房間裏看電視和手機的時候眼睛會疼。這在一定程度上影響了本次入住對於環境方面的評分。 衞生：我們入住的301房間，內部整體乾淨整潔，沒有發現明顯的問題，在衞生這方面還是比較放心和滿意的。但還是有兩處小失分點。第一點，301房間的電話表面有明顯的污漬（圖14）。第二點，房間內部有個迷你小冰箱（圖7），這絕對是同價位酒店裡麪的亮點，但是這個小冰箱在打開之後，發現了太多的很明顯的印子（圖15）。由於這兩點對於入住的影響並不是很大，所以這倆加一起就扣0.5分吧，但還是希望酒店在衞生的細節方面多注意一些。 設施：本次入住，個人認為問題最多的、最需要加強的，就是設施方面。先説一下亮點的部分。 第一點，剛才在對於衞生的評價裏也提到了，那就是301套房內部有迷你小冰箱，這是之前住的那麼多同價位酒店裡麪少有的配置，這點感覺很驚喜。第二點，房間內部有兩件浴袍（圖3），這也是我之前住的那麼多同價位酒店裡麪第一個有浴袍的。 第三點，房間內部配備了咖啡和茶葉以及用來調味的白砂糖（圖4），印象中我住的那些同價位的酒店裡，很少有配備這個的。 以上是三個值得點讚的亮點，之後就是一些細節上的問題了。 首先，我們的房間是套房，有兩張床，但是床頭只有一個插口（圖9），個人建議可以弄成兩個插口，這樣的話充電可以方便一些。 其次，衞生間的水槽裏有比較明顯的劃痕（圖8）。 再次，屋頂的牆紙有一處明顯的開膠（圖11），牆皮也發現了一處明顯的脱落（圖12）。 第四，301房間衞生間裝浴巾櫃子的櫃門有破損（視頻1）。 第五，301房間衞生間的馬桶蓋有明顯鬆動（視頻2）。 第六，衞生間水龍頭的把手有明顯的鬆動（視頻3）。同時，衞生間的天花板也不結實（視頻3），很明顯沒有用熱熔膠固定住。 第七，301房間電視旁邊的電線很明顯是後修復的，綠色的線看起來不美觀。同時，裝電線的小盒子也有破損，電線露出來了（圖10）。 第八，我們住的301房間，隔壁就是安全出口的門，但是這個門是直接能通到酒店之外的，而且一推就能開（圖13）。不知道這樣的話，酒店外部的無關人員是否能趁機而入，包括會不會有蟲子爬進來，總感覺有一定的安全隱患。 第九，301房間的電話沒有辦法正常撥打，試了好幾次，都沒有任何聲音。請酒店及時對301房間的電話進行故障排查，不能讓電話成為形同虛設的設施啊。 第十，房間內部有兩個暖氣，但是温度非常低，摸起來衹能感到非常微弱的温度，取暖效果不明顯。寒冬到了，希望酒店能夠排查一下暖氣温度不高的原因，給我們更好的入住體驗。 第十一，就是上面在環境方面提到的燈光的問題，晚上的時候實在是有些暗，不知道是否可以適當提高燈光的亮度。 第十二，301房間粘在窗户上的遮風布出現了部分脱落的情況，建議及時修復（圖16）。 整體來説，這次入住，大體的體驗還是非常不錯的。最主要的是，在酒店供不應求的跨年夜，立山廣場的如家酒店能夠保證房源，同時價格的漲幅也不大。三個人住的套房，一晚上還不到200元。可以説，性價比還是很高的。但這次入住時出現的一些小問題，還是希望酒店方能夠多加重視一下。真的，大問題沒有，但是細節有的時候真的很重要。如果下次還有機會住在這裏，希望到時候能夠看到一個更好的如家酒店。最後，感謝如家酒店陪伴我度過跨年夜，給我留下了難以忘懷的印象和記憶！
