Superior Geographical Location
Dunhua Zhongcheng Korean Ethnic Folk Park is located 5-8 kilometers south of Dunhua City, beside Liuding Mountain Cultural Tourism Zone and at the foot of Dongmu Mountain. It connects with Liuding Mountain Cultural Tourism Zone in the east and leads to Changbai Mountain Scenic Area via National Highway 201 in the west.
Profound Historical and Cultural Heritage
This used to be a Korean ethnic village with a long history. It is a typical Chinese Korean ethnic village, carrying the long-term cultural inheritance and living memories of the Korean people.
Rich and Diverse Featured Landscapes
• Traditional Residential Architecture: The village features unique architectural styles, with green tiles and white walls, upturned eaves and ridges. The houses are parallel in the middle like a boat and rise at both ends. In the courtyards, there are jars used for pickling vegetables or brewing rice wine, restoring the traditional living scenes of the Korean people.
• Colorful Folk Experience: Centered around the core concepts of "experience, interaction, and inheritance", the folk park offers a variety of rich folk projects, such as the experience of playing Korean characteristic musical instruments and the handmade production of traditional delicacies. For example, tourists can participate in the making of small fish soup, rice sausage, tteok (rice cake), soybean paste soup, etc.
• Featured Catering and Accommodation: There are featured restaurants here, providing Korean rice wine, tteok, soybean paste, flavored small fish soup, pollock, pickled vegetables, kimchi and other delicacies. The old houses of the aboriginal people have also been transformed into homestays, including ancient
