我們半夜11點才到的，前台小姑娘主動出來幫忙拿行李，拿了2趟，有一個還特別沉，還幫忙把長者孩子送到了房間，孩子灑滿地水太滑了，半夜上來幫忙拖的地。再來説房間，配置很新，打開窗簾就是太行山。真的是住在山腳下，而且旁邊就是接駁車得停車場，超級方便，位置絕佳。做的飯菜也很可口，有機會可以來嘗一下烤虹鱒魚，真的很好吃。

這家酒店真的超出預期. 必須五星好評！酒店緊挨景區停車場，位置便利，周邊出行，吃飯都很方便！    房間乾淨整潔，佈置温馨，床品舒適.睡的特別安穩.服務熱請貼心.入住指引清晰.有問題回覆及時.細節很到位.環境安靜愜意.   整體性價比超高.住的舒心有放鬆.下次來還會選擇這裏.強烈推薦！

Very helpful staff at the front desk, who did everything to make the trip to the Banquan Gorge more comfortable. The whole area is not really catered for foreign visitors, particularly without a car, so surviving here is not exactly straightforward. Helpful people like the ones I found at this hotel makes a big difference. The room was comfortable, modern and well maintained nothing to complain about.
