There is no room service, no water, no fridge, no safe, no AC, and the worst bedding imaginable. I guess that is why cancelling even a week in advance doesn't get you anything back. All they care about is maximising the profita and f***ing the guest.

因為火車晚點大約凌晨2點半到的酒店，原先預訂的單床房已經沒有了。老闆人非常好，幫忙提箱子，還免費換了一個3床的房間。並且老闆非常熱心，退房後仍可以幫忙照看行李。酒店價格便宜，它的位置離漢堡中心站很近，附近都是小店吃飯購物都比較方便，預算不多的情況下，它確實是一個好選擇。
