The location of the apartment is great: it is a the bottom end of the harbour with a 5-minute walking distance to Kolovare beach and a 10-minute stroll to the center of the old town. Standard amenities, such as a hospital, police, fire fighting station, and ambulance are within walking distance and a plethora of cafes and restaurants are around, with a Galleria shopping mall just around the corner. Our guests have a parking place in yard and it is possible to use a grill. Location: Petrcane is a lovely, small village just 15 km from the city of Zadar. Type of beach: pebble and concrete. Along the whole beach there is a cool, refreshing pine forest.
