The two standalone chairs fold out into individual twin-size beds. Sheets, pillows, and blankets are provided for both the twin-size and couch-based double beds.In addition to the functional and comfortable furniture, we include modern technology, including fast and free 400 Mbs wifi, 120+ Cable channels, and Airplay 2 equipped Flat Screen TVs in both rooms. The unit is part of a multi-level condominium complex that was recently updated with a modern exterior. Parking is on the street side of the complex and is limited to those with a parking permit (which will be waiting for you inside upon arrival). There are a few shallow exterior steps down from the parking lot to the ground level where the unit is accessed, about a 30-second walk. Our unique spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo with a slope side balcony is located on the main level of Dakota Lodge in River Run Village. This home is an end unit with no neighbors on either side. Enjoy easy walking distances (within 75 yards, 5 minutes or less) to ski slopes, the gondola, and good restaurants. Enjoy beautiful mountain and slope views from every room. This south facing home has more windows than a typical River Run unit. Walk right out to our year-round heated pool, hot tubs, and sauna on one side of the building and on the other side walk out to an ice-skating rink in the winter or mini-golf in the summer as well as a playground. You also have key card access to pool tables at Buffalo Lodge. Plus to top it all off there is a Pinball machine set to free play in the unit!This comfortable family-friendly condo easily sleeps 6 with room for pack-n-plays in each bedroom. Both bedrooms have king-size Sealy Posturepedic beds. The living room has a leather queen sleeper sofa and a comfy oversized La-Z-Boy chair. There is a dining table that seats 4-6 people. The Springs is the best complex in River Run. It has an amazing rock pool with water slides, hot tubs, and fire pits. This is on the top floor, with vaulted ceilings and a view of the slopes. It has two patios, one off the main living area and one off the master bedroom. Springs has its own facilities, including the best pool at Keystone.Springs offers complimentary Wifi, underground garage parking, ski storage, laundry facilities and outdoor hot tubs on site. I'm not likely to negotiate rates as I already set the rates at a fair level for this property and time of year. I just say this because I seem to get 2-3 offers per day below the quoted rates.
