The large bathroom is located in the hall conveniently between both bedrooms with a bonus toilet in the garage giving you 2 toilets. Two huge porch areas overlooking the beautiful St. Augustine grass with lots of shade trees provides the perfect hangout spot for your morning coffee or evening beverage. Detached garage has clothes washer and dryer with the extra toilet and a 2nd refrigerator to keep all of your beverages cold.
