Location: From Central Station, it takes about 12-15 minutes to walk, or you can get there within 10 minutes by subway.
It only takes ten minutes to walk to the Old Town area. There are many supermarkets nearby.
Service: The service is very good. I booked other days on other platforms, and the staff will take the initiative to arrange the same room without having to check in again. In addition, I set off from Budapest to Prague. When I arrived, it was already 12 o'clock in the middle of the night. The hotel staff also provided warm service and introduced the attractions.
Facilities: Breakfast is provided, which is delicious (better than many restaurants outside)
The gym room is very large and has sufficient facilities

I’m really fall in love with here is. At night so many people are getting together in hotels reception. We were playing some games and sometimes sing a song.
IMO I there is a deficiency in cleaning. Faster cleaning efforts can be made.

Location is great. It’s just few minutes walk from Metro with many shops and restaurants nearby. Cleanliness is marginally acceptable. Amenities are understandably limited but it would be nice if the hotel can provide at least one hand towel on top the bath towels coz there’s no box tissues in the room. Pillows are too soft and flattened that prompted to muscle/neck stiffness after one night sleep. There’s no kettle in the room so guests would be required to approach front desk to get drinkable hot water.

My stay here was fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We needed to carry heavy luggage up the stairs to the hotel lobby. They allowed us to check in early and even gave us a bigger room with four beds (we are three). The floor was a bit cold when I visited at the end of November, but luckily I brought my own slippers. The room was clean and new, with provided toiletries, except for a toothbrush and toothpaste, which was fine since I had my own. They didn't provide a kettle and water bottles in the room, but we could get hot water from the water dispenser in the common area. The hotel is within walking distance to many attractions, halal restaurants, and is conveniently located near the main train station. We even get a small souvenir from this hotel. Overall, highly recommended.

Fantastic Stay at Zleep Hotel Prague
I recently stayed at Zleep Hotel Prague and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is modern, stylish, and conveniently located, making it a perfect choice for exploring the city. It's close to public transportation and within easy reach of Prague's iconic attractions.
The room was spotless and well-designed, with a minimalist aesthetic that was both functional and comfortable. The bed was exceptionally cozy, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a day of sightseeing. I especially appreciated the thoughtful details like blackout curtains and excellent soundproofing.
The staff were friendly, professional, and eager to assist with any inquiries or recommendations, which added to the overall positive experience. The breakfast buffet offered a great selection of fresh and tasty options to start the day.
For its reasonable pricing, excellent location, and high level of comfort, I highly recommend Zleep Hotel Prague for both leisure and business travelers!

Cleanliness: was good. Nothing seemed to be dirty. One thing was a bit off but it was nice overall.
Location: is great as there is a large shopping mall, markets, and tram nearby. And a lot of sightseeing to do closeby too.
Service: very good. I only know a couple czech people but they are super serious and blunt, so I expected that and wasn't disappointed haha. They helped us check in early and even swapped our room for a double.
Amenities: we didn't opt for it, but they have a bae, breakfast, presumably dinner. Only thing lacking would be a fridge in the room.
Extra: we struggled to get the temperature just right haha. Maybe just our problem though

Hotel seemed to be a bit old. I was given a 5th floor room but elevator is only ubtil 4th floor, so you have to lug your luggage up a flight of stairs. The room is fine, serves its purpose but there was the certain ”old” smell from the bathroom. The heating also broke in our floor for a bit, so the hot water and heater stopped working but no advise was given until I went down to the reception myself to ask why it was cold.

Well Accommodating and Courtesy Stay -
During a 3 day visit to Prague me and a friend of mine got our stay at B&B Prague. We are so glad that we had booking with them as they were quite accommodating with all requests, check-in for us was around 3 PM but then as we had early flight we hopped in to see if there is any possibility to have early check in but to our surprise it was fab they arranged room in no time so we had check-in around 10 AM. The property has elevators , a common sitting area to catch up with friends or family, and a dining area and all is well maintained. We had a bit of last moment booking yet the price wasn’t inflated considering the facilities and locality of the stay. It's located close to the city from Prague Airport we reached in 50 min or so by public transport and also it's easy to navigate so not an issue. Breakfast is complimentary but we felt it's more European taste bud oriented than continental one , but nonetheless they had few juice, toast, salads and jams for vegans. for Non Vegetarians there wouldn’t be an issue as such but yea its all the European cuisines. They do have parking facilities around 15-20 Euros per day that needs to be booked at least a day in advance considering the busy season as well ! Personally we didn’t use the paid parking facility as it was the weekend so we went for street parking that’s free which was quite in front of the property and it’s again them who suggested this, so they’re considerate of customers and just not money grabbers. Additional expenses apart from the booking fee we paid is city tax based on the number of days of stay we had. Restrooms are spacious, have basic essentials and good house keeping service as well . We did use their service of borrowing Iron box and board by paying a security deposit a nominal amount which is then paid back upon return. Also they do have laundry service but please do mind they have partnered with an external vendor and is available only over weekdays and not on weekends, so unfortunately we couldn’t use this service. Their staff is available 24/7 at reception so always at our service as required. Overall stay at B&B has been quite pleasant and worth paying price!

Perfect and I’d love to visit again!
What amazed me was the clean bathroom and nice people. The shower was ready to be warm and useful. The location was also sooo nice, though we actually considered the more girly but distant place. Now we know we made the right decision, especially because we needed to carry huge luggages. Also the nice refrigerator was available.
The minus points it may be better to know in advance;
- a bit too warm room; anyways better than getting a cold
- The hangers are equipped to the wardrobe, you can’t move them
- as in other hotels, no free drink water. But you’ll find nearby stores available even midnight.

In general ok ish place... Not too bad for a single night stay with the price but can definitely do better. Will not come back.
Pros:
Great location. Very close to metro station line C and tram station. Walkable distance to the national museum. I like the window can be fully open and air conditioning is powerful. WiFi is quite fast. Receptionists speak fluent English.
Cons:
There are some hygiene issues. The water bottle provided for drinking water still has bread crumbs or whatever crumbs in the lid when I moved in (see photo). Clearly hasn't been washed 🤢. The dripping tray of the water machine in the corridor is always full (I discarded it twice the same day). When it's full, the water won't come out. No staff member is taking care of this. The room is quite small compared to Ibis room in other countries at the same level.
Note there is no fridge in the room.
In the bedroom there is no bin. I need to walk to the bathroom to throw away rubbish.

TTheresaThe hotel is very nice but the location is not so good. Even we drive still need to park quite far away. The staff is not very helpful, or maybe i should say she is not considerate at all. We booked the spa, but we didn't have our dinner yet while we were checking in, we mentioned many times to her that we are in the hurry for dinner, i believe if we don't eat before the spa, everything will closed afterwards, but she was just writing the check-in form super slowly.(I think she used half an hour just to fill up the form) In the end, we only left half an hour, run to the restaurant and pour all the food inside our mouth & run back. But in the end we found the beer spa come with some bread, also the mini bar has some sandwiches, then why don't she tell us since we asked her so many times for the food! Because the hotel is located in a very quiet place , nothing much around, there is no restaurant inside the hotel too, but we asked her if there is any food the hotel can provide and she said no!

MMiray ÖzI fell in love with the view of the street from our window — it was truly lovely. The location is excellent, with easy access to the city centre by tram number 22. The tram stop is conveniently just across the street from the hostel. Overall, I definitely recommend staying here — and I’d happily come back next time I’m in Prague.
PpkucoolThe hotel is small but very quiet, clean and the breakfast is rich, including various fruits, yogurt, bread, smoked meat, etc. The guy at the front desk is very handsome. It is about 5 minutes away from the tram, which is convenient for travel.
SsweetshoiraIt's a decent hotel with perfect location. Breakfast was fair enough but apart from that do not expect too much from the hotel staff. It's worth for money!

GGuest UserIt's a little far from the station, but if you check beforehand you can get there without any problems, and there is a map on the hotel's website so it wasn't a problem. Tourist attractions such as the Powder Tower are within walking distance. In fact, the location is perfect because you can enjoy walking around the city of Prague. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby so I don't think there was any problem.
Ttsc_brThe hotel has a good location and a good breakfast, with options of fruit, cereals and some local food. But the comfort and service of the staff in general left something to be desired. The room is an adequate size, but the bed is uncomfortable, a little hard, and makes a lot of noise when moving during the night. The bathroom is small and the shower space is even smaller, with a plastic curtain, which makes it very difficult to use as water easily runs into the bathroom and the curtain sticks to the body of the person taking a shower. The service at the reception was a little harsh, appearing to have some inexperience in dealing with tourists, which contrasts with the receptivity and courtesy that we identified in people in Prague, in general. For this reason, we believe it is not the best cost-benefit for the city. Prague is a beautiful, happy and lively city. Certainly when we return we will look for a more comfortable and better rated hotel.
AAnonymous UserThe room did not entirely match the pictures advertised online, although it was acceptable. However, I found some basic necessities missing in the bathroom, which was inconvenient.
One peculiar aspect was the hotel's cleaning policy. For stays of less than three days, cleaning only occurs once, leaving the room feeling less fresh than expected.
Communication from the receptionist was also lacking. They were unclear about breakfast times and check-out procedures. Moreover, there was a disagreement regarding the payment for breakfast. Despite my booking indicating breakfast for two, the receptionist insisted it was only for one. This discrepancy could have been handled more professionally.

JJTSydneyThis is my first time in Prague and this is one expensive hotel (but I guess it's like this for all hotels in Prague). Location wise, it's is a walkable 15 minutes to the main train station or the metro station is only a few mintues away. The staff are really helpful. They helped planned my day's sightseeing! There are a few restaurants nearby but most still require about a 5 to 10 minute walk.
The room itself is very clean, spacious and come with all the usual amenities. I have some issues with getting hot water for showering on one of the day which was fixed quite promptly but I think the hot water is only satisfactory hot (and not like boiling hot). I stayed during the winter months so the AC in the room don't work. The building is centrally heated and the temperature adjustment is against the wall. It took me two days to figure this out though the temperature in my room was okay (so it doesn't really matter).
Overall, my stay has been pleasant and I will likely stay here again next time I'm in Prague (and I will be back. Prague is such a beautiful city). I'm hoping next time I won't need to fork out an arm and a leg to stay here.

GGuest UserBecause the flight was delayed for two hours, we arrived at the hotel at 11 o'clock in the evening. When we entered the room, we found that there was nothing except towels, including toothpaste, toothbrush, slippers, and bottled water. The facilities were worse than those of ordinary European hotels. I went downstairs to ask the guy at the front desk, and he told me that it was available at the convenience store across the street. The room I stayed in had a bedside table on one side of the bed, but no lamp or plug, and a lamp and plug on the other side of the bed, but no bedside table. In addition, the two-in-one shampoo and shower gel provided in the bathroom was very thin, as if it was filled with a lot of water, and the quality was very poor. The front desk service is OK, but not very enthusiastic. Not much choice for breakfast, pretty much the same every day.
