Lauluranta cabin is located in a wonderful location by the lake Päijänne. It's nice to enjoy a summer day in the cabin's spacious, sunny yard and on its own sandy beach. The cabin is located near the Päijänne National Park. 10 km along the road to the campfire site in Höysniemi. You can also order a boat taxi from Padasjoki to reach the wonderful island destinations of the national park. The Lauluranta cabin is only rented for a peaceful vacation. 72 km to the north from Lahti, lake Päijänne 25 m, sandy beach, pier, own rowing boat. Log cabin (1998), living room, kitchen. Bedroom with a double bed. Sleeping alcove with one bed. Two lofts, one with two beds and the other with one bed (access by ladder). Note that the fireplace is a heat-storing fireplace with a glass door. In addition, the lakeside sauna (electric heating, available all year round) has a bunk bed with two beds. From dressing room there is door to spacious veranda with wooden furnishings. In the yard grows pine forest. In the yard there is barbecue. There is gentle slope leading to the beach. The beach is 20 m away. On the beach there is pier, from which the water depth is about 3 m. Therefore, the depth of the beach is not suitable for children who cannot swim yet. Lake Saarijärvi is small and clean watered wilderness lake. You may be able to follow the lives of a pair of black-throated diver and swans and also the evening sun rays through a rugged rocky landscape. There is only this cottage and cottage 3294 (which is owned by same owner) by this lake. The cottages have distance of 80 m. There are no other neighbors, so these cottages can enjoy the tranquility of nature. From the cottage yard opens extensive berry and mushroom picking areas.
