Wooden cottage 1958, renovated 2019, kitchen/living room convertible sofa bed, bedroom with 120 cm wide bed, bedroom with double bed (width 160 cm), hall, porch. Sauna (electric stove), bathroom with shower, WC and dressing room. Outbuilding in summer use, built in 2004, 16 m², 2 beds, electric heating and electric light, woodshed. In summer use separate sauna on the cottage yard (it is not a lakeside sauna) with wood fired stove, dressing room with sleeping sofa for two persons, (no shower). Water has to be carried from the main cottage (there is a faucet on the main cottage's outer wall for that), electricity. The owner collects a deposit of 150 e in advance to her account. Traditional so-called “grandmother’s cottage” with grassed yard/garden. During renovation in 2019 interior has been totally renovated: for example walls, floors, sauna and bathroom, kitchen and domestic appliances. Plot covers 2000 m². Main road no. 4474 is 25 m away, with spruce hedge between road and cottage. Swimming shore by the lake Kyyvesi is public; also cottage's boat is located there. Fish stock in lake Kyyvesi consists of pike perch, pike, bream and perch. Outbuilding for summer use only. Cottage is meant for max 5 persons and during summer time (when outbuilding is in use) for max 7 persons. Sofabed in sauna building can be used as an alternative extra bed. Ground floor: bed room (sliding door) bed 120 cm wide, lounge with fireplace sofa bed, sauna (electric sauna stove), washroom, toilet, veranda. 5 km southwest of Mikkeli, on the shore of Lake Orijärvi (10 m), hard clay-based gradually deepening beach. Dock and own rowing boat. Small sauna cottage 2008 (renovated in 2017), living room / kitchen with sofa bed (sofa is 140 cm wide, no other beds), dressing room and sauna. Covered porch with gas grill. Large terrace with hot tub (heated with fuel) for rent. Small separate sleeping cottage in the yard (10 m2). In the cottage there is a double bed (140 cm wide) and toilet. There is no toilet in the cottage itself. The sauna cottage has an air source heat pump that can be used for cooling Electric stove with 2 cooking plates and oven, there are also a microwave and gas grill. A small sauna cabin on a small lake Orijärvi. The hot tub on the terrace can be rented for 150 euro: ready made (filled and warmed up). Please inform if You want to rent it at least one day before the start of the reservation. The tub rent must be paid on site to the owner in cash. Please have even money. Pets allowed at etra cost, payment per pet. The owner's house is 20 m away on the slope above and road no 5 goes about 100 m away (no visual contact, but car sounds can be heard). Hunting lodge, ideal for several families at same time, or for companies for conference use, or for hunters, or even for holding parties, etc. On south side plot is level, with steep path to shore, steps on the way. Swimming beach for experienced swimmers only. Road to two neighbouring cottages passes through yard; these cottages not visible, however. By arrangement programme packages, e.g. hunting (licences required) and fishing trips, fishing guides, catering services, boat trips and cruises, wilderness trips. Tornimäki downhill ski centre 50 km, Ristiina 25 km. Note! Key deposit of 160 euros on arrival is obligatory! However if final cleaning is booked and paid in advance then key deposit is not needed. Owner does not rent out bed linen.

26 km to the east from Mikkeli, lake Luorueenlampi 5 m (length 800 m, width 100 m), hard sand bottom, pier and rowing boat. Log cabin 1977, extended 1993, renovated 2013, kitchenette, living room with 130 cm wide spreadable bed (while spread, there is space for two), bedroom (12.5 m²) with double bed, another bedroom (10 m²) with spreadable sofa (while spread, there space for two), washroom with shower and WC, covered terrace. Another entrance to the bedroom and washroom is through the first bedroom. Sauna and dressing room, wood-burning sauna stove as well as shower in the sauna. Entrance to the sauna is from the terrace. Distance to the water is 5 m from the sauna’s terrace. Campfire and leant-to 50 m away. Aurinkoniemi is an ideal rental cabin, for example, for a family with children. The cabin is located in a nice plot, which is located on a peninsula and is surrounded by water. In the sunny plot, there is plenty of space for many kinds of outdoor games and plays, all services nearby too. Small amount of drinking water delivered by the first day by the owner. More water clients should fetch from the shop 16 km. Tap water in cottage is suitable for all other use. However, it contains iron which might cause smell into it. Parking area about 20 m distance of cottage. There are some level differences and stairs in the yard and it can make it difficult for small children or the elderly to move. Russian speaking person available. Sauna (wood stove) and washroom, toilet, covered porch. Air source heat pump with cooling function), campfire place. Please agree the payment with the owner before you charge the electric car from an outdoor socket. Slope from cottage to the shore. From the parking lot stairs down to the cottage yard. A farm 500 metres away, with domestic animals hens, cat and dog. 3 fishing permits included in cottage prices. Tornimäki downhill ski centre 10 km, Mikkeli 12 km, Helsinki 240 km.
