ممستخدم نزيلExactly next to the metro station, walking distance to the Atlanta Symphony Hall.
However there’s not much commercial activities, shops, restaurants nearby, the surroundings can get very quiet after dawn. And their lobby is located at 17/F which means strangers can possibly follow you into the hotel with little or no people to help in entrance. There are securities during daytime, not sure about their duty. Overall the security is the only concern of this hotel.
MMarkAPالموقع ممتاز بالنسبة لي. تسجيل الدخول متأخر جدا وكان مكتب mgr ودود ومفيد. وصلني مباشرة إلى غرفتي. غرفة مريحة ونم جيدا مع تسجيل الخروج المتأخر. قيل بأن الحمام صغير ولم يكن يمزح. وكل شيء آخر كان جيداً وبالتأكيد سيعود.
RRubennThis is my second time at this hotel. I love staying there because of the location and the cleanliness. However the service was not great this time. One of the cook/server who served us breakfast was very unprofessional and disrespectful. For this reason I’ll never stay there again.
ممستخدم نزيلOne room Rm#511 did have TV service. Also, the bathroom non on the sink was very loose water was getting everywhere. However, I was then moved to rm#509. Moreover, despite of that a house keeper by the name of Jay was a tremendous help and host. If I ever come there again, I desire to see him.
ممستخدم نزيلThis hotel was exceptionally difficult to locate. Furthermore, they do not provide complimentary parking; the paid lot is also situated far from the hotel building.
I encountered significant issues with their payment system. They do not accept cash for parking, and during check-in, my credit card was charged a deposit with the assurance of a refund within 24 hours of checkout. It has now been 72 hours since I departed, and the refund has not been processed. My attempts to resolve this via email have been ignored, as I have received no response.
