This is a whole house rental, it has been in my family for nearly 50 years! Here to work? We have super fast 1 gigabit WiFi from Longmont’s Nextlight!The main level has hardwood floors in all three bedrooms and the living room. Tile kitchen. All three bedrooms are furnished and have a closet. Two have a queen luxury hybrid mattress's (One is a Layla and one is a Dreamcloud) and the third bedroom has a Twin Trundle setup with nice mattress's. So, four total "Beds" in the 3 bedrooms. This home is best suited for up to 8 guests, but more can be discussed. Updated bathroom features an accessible step in shower with tile and two shower heads. Living room is well thought out and has fun yet comfortable furniture including a sofa that can lay out into a small bed (listed as the single). 4 chair dining table in this area as well as a record player stocked with plenty of records provided! Kitchen has everything you will need to reheat take out or cook a whole meal for the house! Always stocked with plenty of coffee for the Kurig and French Vanilla Creamer! The basement is finished and has a 65 inch flat screen TV, HUGE sectional (listed as the additional sleeping space for two people), furnished office room for getting work done, laundry room with laundry soap and dryer sheets provided and lastly, another 3/4 bathroom with shower.
