Hotel staff is generally friendly & courteous. Receptionist was helpful & provides useful tips for places to visit. Location is very suitable for tourist who prefers quieter environments and yet very close to the night market location (the happening & lively must go place), Xuan Huong lake, Dalat City Flower Garden and many shopping places for good buy. It is a great place to stay. The hotel is also helpful to provide us with chair with back rest, without additional charges, when we requested for it because the hotel only furnished the rooms with stools, which is not comfortable.

Close to the night market. There are shops and restaurants nearby. You can get quick and easy breakfast from the stall next door. Some rooms are facing the street which might be a problem for those who are sensitive to noise, but personally I slept soundly with windows closed.

The location is central and close to the basics one might require. Both the receptionists were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I arrived around 1pm and checking in was stipulated at 2pm. There was no one at the reception counter but there was a family also, either checking in or out also seated nearby. A full scale fight started amongst them and the young adult male hurled a full coffee container onto the table between them whilst shouting loudly. He came and went several times screaming at them whilst they tried to mop up the mess with tissues. No security or staff appeared to intervene. Thankfully, this fammily all eventually rose and left, dragging their luggage behind them The room I has been alotted was fine although the shower room floor was inadequately angled and so shower water flooded into the main bathroom floor. Having then left to grab some lunch I returned to hear loud jackhammers pounding above the ceiling accompanied by intermittent hammering. I phoned reception who apologised but said it was out of their control. The demolition work stopped around 5pm but started again at 8am in the morning. Looking back I can't say it was an overall favourable experience.

Good hotel for such price and such location. It is located just 3 minutes from the night market and Dalat Mall. The room has everything: bathroom accessories (toothbrush with paste, cap, razor, cotton swabs and disks, towels, hair dryer) tea, coffee, water and for an additional fee: water, sprite, beer, red bull, orio cookies, two instant soups. The only minus is no air conditioning, it was stuffy for me, and if you open the window mosquitoes fly in

I really liked the hotel, it stands out from the outside with its bright facade, and in the evening with bright lights. The staff are nice and sociable. We had a room with a balcony, from there you can see beautiful views of the city and the mountains. The room has a bath, all the necessary toiletries, good breakfasts, hot dishes to choose from the menu. There are fruits, yogurt, desserts. Coffee or tea is also to choose from the menu. And the coffee here is the most amazing. The room is clean, the linen is snow-white, water, tea, coffee are free. On the 6th floor there is a terrace, from there you can also see a magnificent view. There is a table and chairs, you can sit there with a cup of coffee and meet the sunrises and sunsets. I recommend the hotel, you will not regret it. Check-in at 14:00.

I booked this hotel only a few hours before arrival in the night. The receptionist literally “ran” to welcome me upon my arrival. Check-in was very fast, room is spacious and classy (vintage style). Very clean, the toilet is the smart type (a bit too smart, and it opens every time i stepped into toilet). Super super super in love with the hotel Restaurant, you can have a view of the whole dalat city from the restaurant. Variety of food is good, can just sit by the window enjoying the view all day! The only downside is the dog barks in the morning from the street, but that’s not the hotel’s fault, can bring ear plugs. Highly recommended!

Checked in early. The staff speaks English, the location is great, in the middle of a shopping street. In the evening the street turns into a night market, but it didn't bother us at all. Everything is nearby, cafes, a huge supermarket is a 10-minute walk away. The rooms have a small balcony. Very comfortable and wide beds. Not a bad breakfast, you can have a snack.

This hotel is near the lake and the Dalat night market is a little bit confused if you first check in. But after you stay it is easy to go out, the staff is so helpful and kind. They also have room cleaning everyday so don't worry your room will be clean everyday when you go out. The bathroom is nice All the stuff in the bathroom is new they give you slippers, towels, toothpaste, shampoo and soap. Also they have so many stop contact in this room. The atmosphere in the morning is so warm you can see local people do their activities and near the hotel you can eat good meals too. Thank you for making a good experience in Dalat.

Прекрасно расположенный отель. Шикарные виды из окна. Просыпаться и видеть долину в солнечных лучах - просто сказка. Недалеко от автовокзала (15 минут ходьбы). То есть такси не нужно совсем. Номер убирали каждый день. Так же обновляют маленькие радости (щетки, кофе, воду и тд). Везде очень чисто. Банные принадлежности все есть (гели, шампунь и тд. очень хорошего качества) Персонал очень приветливый. Всегда помогут и расскажут, что необходимо. Байки в отеле есть по разумной цене. Берите сразу. В Далате покататься обязательно стоит. Единственный минус - завтраки. Они есть, но довольно специфичны. Думаю не всем подойдут. Часть завтрака была в отеле, а часть самостоятельно докупали (например выпечку с кофе) Место очень рекомендую. Особенно тем, кто любит природу и делать красивые фотографии.

Nice staffs and good location I arrived in the very morning at 5 Am, the staff helped me to check in and so friendly with me, he offer me half price to get early check in which is reasonable. And most of staffs they can speak English. The hotel located nearby city centre with very nice views, I saw beautiful sunrise here. 5 mins motorcycle to centre. I rent motorcycle here, very convenient and good deal. I never drive motorcycle before the staff teach me again and again. 👍 It is a quiet place with warm hearted people, I hope they can get more business and if I come to Da lat again, I will definitely book this hotel again.
