People there are nice! The lift at the main entrance is not obvious we have to carry our luggage up the steps. Hotel should indicate clearly so that customers can make good use of the lift instead of carrying heavy luggage through stairs

Excellent location right in the city. The staff were fantastic. When I left behind a very expensive tea pot they did not hesitate to store it for it me, when I decided to have it posted to my address, they organized everything! It arrived safely and was pacakged professionally in a way that meant it was never going to be broken. 

Our living experience in the Hotel was great. The upgrading service in pent house provided a great view of the surrounding areas with a part of Darling Harbour. The house is so big which let us have a very good rest. The facilities in house are sufficient. The room attendant was very helpful and pleasant. Almost everythings are brilliant, just two things need to improve. One is the drainage and the water supply is not stable in the bathroom. Second thing need to pay attention to is the bathroom door in the bedroom should be changed to the material that can block the sunlight to let the guests sleeping deeper.
