I was lucky to choose this hotel during the May Day holiday. The room was spacious and bright, and cleaned very well. The front desk was responsive and professional in communication. After booking, I asked for a quiet room on the 19th floor in advance, and my request was fulfilled. The only problem was that the door was not soundproof enough. In the morning, I was disturbed by guests in other rooms and even dogs barking. However, the flaws did not outweigh the merits. Recommended!

very satisfied! It was already past 9pm when we arrived at the store, and there were three staff at the front desk, telling us where to eat late night snacks and how to get there. The room size is okay, the mineral water is Bama Platinum Spring, and there is extra water and drinks in the refrigerator. The details of the room decoration are very good. The bathroom lights can be set individually, unlike some hotels that crudely set lights for several different scenes into one master switch. The water pressure is great, which is really enjoyable for an impatient person like me! There is a small alley next to the hotel, where you can buy vegetables, fruits, and eat, and experience the daily life of the locals.

The hotel is very close to the train station, less than one kilometer away, and is very convenient to get in and out. It is worth recommending. Unfortunately, the wash basin did not drain smoothly. The front desk upgraded my room for free. It was 2309 at first, but because the people in the next room were talking a little noisy, the front desk changed me to another room, which was a river view room, so I spent a quiet and comfortable night! I stayed on the executive floor. I asked the front desk to provide some items in the middle, and the attitude was also very good. When I checked out at noon the next day, another lady was at the front desk. She told me that she was sorry for changing the room yesterday because of the noise next door, and gave me a small gift, which I didn't expect, a small surprise!

The room has very good lighting and the large windows have a great view. The facilities may be a little old but they are already the better ones you can find there. Cleanliness and services are good as well. Front desk are helpful and friendly.
