Let me talk about hygiene first, the details are too good. The sheets were clean as if they had just been unpacked, there was no smell, the floor felt refreshed when stepping on bare feet, and even the corners of the bathroom were spotless, and the living was particularly at ease.
Looking at the environment, it is simply a treasure place for quietness. There are flowers and plants in the yard. It is very comfortable to sit on a chair in the evening and blow the hair. The layout of the room is also very stylish, warm and design, and the photos are beyond the film.
The service is nothing to say, the boss and the clerk are particularly enthusiastic. From helping with luggage when you check in, to actively recommending the surrounding niche attractions and food, you have to answer questions and be patient, and feel as kind as being a guest at a friend's house.
Finally, the facilities are complete and intimate. Air conditioning heating and cooling are very fast, hot water supply is stable, the bedside is also equipped with a charging socket, the details are full of care, the living is too comfortable! Next time I come, I will choose this ～

GGuest UserThe staff were incredibly friendly, and the place had a lovely atmosphere with unique character. The only minor drawback is that it's still undergoing some renovations, but I'm confident it will continue to improve. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I have the opportunity, as I believe the experience will only get better. (They offer a free costume experience with many options, though none suitable for children.) The Arctic Village shuttle service was excellent and incredibly good value – 30 RMB for 48 hours, available 24/7 on call, and it stops conveniently right at the hotel entrance.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is large in size and has many rooms. It is decorated in a European style. The rooms are clean and tidy. The facilities and equipment are relatively new as it has just opened. Private cars are not allowed to enter the scenic area. There is a sightseeing bus to the hotel, which is about ten minutes' drive away. It is very quiet around at night. The breakfast is average.

RRuziniuOpposite the hotel is the Heilongjiang Monument, and you can see the Heilongjiang River flowing eastward from the room. The hotel is only a 5-minute walk from the transportation hub of Beiji Village. Seeing that we are old, the hotel staff took the initiative to help us carry our luggage up and down the stairs. The park transportation driver provided good service. When it rained heavily, the car drove directly to the parking lot next to the self-driving car at the entrance of the park. The hotel breakfast was very ordinary. There was no coffee or milk for such a high room price, and the soy milk tasted very light.
