Love the stay here. The room is big and comfortable with a balcony. And the hotel is just few steps away from the well known garden. The service is fabulous and they always ready to help and suggest tour place for us. Specially thanks to the lobby for helping me to receive the ******* delivery. We especially like the complementary coffee bean bracelet making experience. We also got to experience cooking the coffee bean and brewing the coffee. The afternoon tea and the supper dessert are also very nice. Although we stayed in 3rd floor, they still offered to send us the dessert to the room and help to carry the luggage during check in and check out. As I stayed 3 nights here, they also offered complementary airport transfer to Lijiang airport early morning at 5.20am. Not to forget, they always have a nice smile on their face and very welcoming.

This gorgeous hotel at the foot of the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, exceeded my expectations! Very friendly and helpful reception, and as a foreigner who cannot speak Chinese, I really appreciated everyone’s hospitality, including the owner who speaks English. My room was beautiful, and equipped with all amenities needed. The location is great, close to many attractions and it was surprisingly easy to get a taxi each time. The vibe of the hotel is truly unique - quiet, solitude, happy farm-style! The animals all have their own little “hobbit houses,” and are living their best lives at this beautiful, clean hotel. Furthermore, the snacks and afternoon tea was delicious and presented very well. I had so much fun doing the travel photo shoot at the hotel, and watched in awe as the sun rose over the mountain very morning.
