أفضل فنادق 4-نجوم في تايبيه

Very disappointed with the service provided, especially considering we paid $600 per night for a family room. We were informed that the hotel does not provide daily housekeeping and that guests must request it by leaving a note at the front desk. We specifically requested a change of towels and clearing of the dustbin, as the hotel mentioned they were short on manpower (which should not be the guests’ problem). However, when we returned to our room, we found dirty towels left in the bathroom and rubbish still on the sink and next to the dustbin. Despite the above, I would recommend this hotel only if you are travelling with kids, as they have an indoor playground and offer free snacks and happy-hour treats for guests.

Conveniently located about 3 mins walk from exit 6 of the airport MRT station. The room was tidy and spacious. Bed was comfortable and firm though pillows were slightly softer to what I would have preferred. Light sleepers best prepare some noise cancelling earbuds. Service was friendly and helpful as I needed information about getting to the HSR station safely in the wee hours of the morning which takes about 13 mins walking.
