We booked this hotel based on the good reviews. The room is a bit small, and we could only see a little bit of the sea view from the room, but right outside the hotel is a great location to watch the sunset, and it is also very close to the bus station. The breakfast is very rich, and the steps leading to the outdoor swimming pool are covered with a large area of pink flowers. What was disappointing was that when we passed by, there were two foreign beauties taking pictures. My husband walked in front and took a look and walked away. I walked behind and took a look. They actually swore at me, thinking I didn't understand. They were really uncultured. I will never stay in this hotel again.

The hotel is very new, the room is large, the view is good, the facilities are complete, it belongs to the resort form, there is a battery car to assist in the delivery of luggage, there are many swimming pools, the outdoor landscape is super beautiful, you can walk to the nearby town of Fira, a very cost-effective hotel.

The location is great. If you are visiting Santorini to see the sunset, this is a very good hotel. You can enjoy the sunset from the best position.
However, there is no boundary between the private zones, and restaurant guests and guests from other rooms come onto the balcony without knowing, which was very uncomfortable. Also, the shower pressure is very poor. This may not be limited to this hotel, but may be a problem for the whole of Oia due to the structure of the land.

Because the flight did not arrive on the island until 10 pm, I booked a hotel in Fira first because it was close to the airport, and then booked this hotel in Oia. I didn't expect this hotel to be so cost-effective. The room was large and clean, and the furniture was very new. I actually felt like I was at home. The breakfast was customized. My husband likes double-sided fried eggs, and I like soft-boiled eggs. There is also coffee, juice and bread. Although there is no meat, the portion is large and enough. I should have booked a hotel here earlier.

Santorini is a well and truly beautiful. Every corner you turn is another picturesque spot. No wonder people call it an Instagram island.
Our experience with Hom started before we got there. We emailed the hotel numerous times prior to our arrival, they were helpful and efficient. Credits go to Faye and Mariza.
The location of Hom is only minutes walk away from the main strand in Oia. Close enough to all the actions but yet it’s so quiet and secluded. There are only 13 rooms, adults only. Throughout our 5 days there, we have hardly seen anybody else. The swimming pool is stunning, what a way to enjoy the view by perching on the edge of the pool with a cold drink served by the friendly staff, Fabio, Chris and their team.
We had a cave suit with a hot tub. It’s fresh, clean, modern and spacious. Bed was a bit too low and soft to my liking but overall quality was good.
It might be trivial but the quality of the sun lounges was excellent. Hom is a beautiful place, we would love to return one day.

The first surprise of Santorini was brought about by this windmill hotel. The hotel's service is very professional and the waiters are very friendly and well prepared. The view from the room is unparalleled, it is painted in dreamy Santorini white, and the toiletries are all Bulgari brand.
In addition, because we had booked a certain internet celebrity restaurant but could not book it, we unexpectedly booked the hotel's room service as a blessing in disguise. Only then did we realize that this is the correct way to open the hotel. There is no need to go outside to find a restaurant or viewing spot to watch the sunset. The balcony of the room is the best observation point.
It was a perfect experience, I will come again if I have the chance.

It’s a great hotel to stay at Oia, and the view to the sunset was gorgeous from this place. Highly recommend for honeymoon. 5-star.

- The deluxe villa was amazing! The interior design looked great.
- The room was clean and spacious.
- Apivita amenities were provided.
- The air conditioning was strong and comfortable.
- The loudspeaker worked very well.
- The hot tub jacuzzi worked well but it’s still not hot enough if you want to use it after the sunset.
- The breakfast was good.
- The common pool was great with a nice view.
- We enjoyed the signature cocktails at the bar.
- The staff were very helpful, and were willing to solve issues whenever it’s needed.
- The WhatsApp communication was effective.
Improvement:
- There are so many stairs to get to the room.
- The shower may not have hot water at night.
- The WiFi was not stable.
- The common pool closed at 6pm due to the restaurant.
- The menu of the restaurant shall be reviewed. The taste was at the lower bar of average, and the options were few.
- Since we were in honeymoon, the hotel offered some celebration options. The proposal of these offers were good, but can be more considerate regarding personalisation, allergy and preference.
- Do not having parking, and not easy to find, make sure you have your map set before heading to the hotel (no signal in the area).

The space is so big, there are 2 floors, and the environment is very beautiful.
The breakfast portion was large, but there was less coffee, and it was not very tasty, especially the fruit, which is described as unpalatable.

As we arrived, we were proactively greeted by a member of the staff. He attended to our baggage and walked us down to the Aqua Villa Dream room. The room wasn’t on the highest part of Oia, but it was near a great terrace which had lawn chairs and which we used for photos.
Our room has a personal terrace as well with a comfortable chair, but the view from there wasn’t the best.
As we entered the room, we saw that we’d been given a complimentary bottle of wine as well as a bottle of water. The staff member gave us a quick tour of the room, which was interestingly shaped and carved into the cliff. It felt very unique and cozy. We had a smart television that we used for Netflix, as well as a refrigerator. The room also had a jacuzzi, though we didn’t use it as we were visiting in August and it was already quite warm outside. The plunge pool had a cool window that opened to the ocean, though.
The bathroom was a bit small, but the shower was good quality with strong water pressure and consistent temperature.
The staff added me on WhatsApp for easy communication which was GREAT.
The bed was very comfortable with nice sheets as well as a hollow headboard which was good for putting our phones and other things over night. Everything in the room was cleaned when we arrived. There was also a cleaning service when we were away during the day.
The air conditioner was strong and there was a dehumidifier as well. There were plenty of towels and outlets, though we of course needed a converter for our American electronic devices.
There was a coffee maker with easy to use pods, as well as 2 pairs of soft white slippers.
We did not try the breakfast or the massage service.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay. My only wish is that the view directly from our room was a bit better, as the room is tucked into the mountainside. However, there were nice photo spots all around us, so we only had to take 20 steps to get a nice view of the sunrise or sunset in comfy chairs. If I return to Santorini, I will absolutely stay here again!

GGuest UserFirst of all, Alex is a top notch guy, he made our stay unique, with all his attention and kindness, let alone all the suggestion about itineraries, restaurants and bars.
Last but not least, he's super friendly, very, very humble and well manner, would recommend Andronikos just because of him! The hotel itself is extremely well designed, with lots of features inside that make it very cozy, in addition to being picturesque which feels like living in a dream for what it is. The ground floor suite we took was very large, super clean, the shower was powerful and hot, and so was the Jacuzzi, which is absolutely enjoyable when going to Santorini in October, with the perfect in/out temperature gap. Breakfast was really generous and the lady delivered it at the apartment every single morning!
The view is astonishing, literally. There is a small mountain, a protuberance of the island itself, right in front of the hotel, with a footpath where people walk through to reach its peak, and the surrounding sea and many islands truly give a mesmerising yet peaceful feeling. I've been travelling in over 50 countries over the last 10 years, and I normally do not write reviews, but this time was a must, thus I 100% recommend staying at Andronikos, and as an additional tip I suggest choosing either April or October, as the place is far less crowded therefore much more romantic.

We highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a central inland location on Santorini. You will not be disappointed. We only stayed here one night as we had stayed a few days in Oia followed by some days in Milos. This was our pre-flight overnight stay on the last day. The General Manager, George, was outstanding and responsive from the very first inquiry, making an excellent offer that included transport from the ferry port to the hotel and then the next day to the airport (HUGE plus as it is not easy to book taxis or private cars and the price can be quite high). When our original ferry was cancelled, George was more than flexible and ensured that we were picked up quite late at night with no problems at all. The property itself is very modern and super clean. Nice pool, well-appointed rooms, excellent AC and hot water, and very comfortable beds. TV selections are extensive and in multiple languages. Breakfast was from a menu and was very well done. Within 2-3 minutes walking distance are two good grocery stores and several casual restaurants that do both dine-in and take away. All said, this hotel is an excellent value for the services provided. Best to get a room where you can catch an easy view of the sunrise, enjoy breakfast and the pool and then explore the island. We wish we had stayed here longer. George and the entire staff make you feel like family in a genuine way and not faked or forced at all. Finally, I want to note that no one at the property asked me to write a review (unlikely many other tourist places, hotels, restaurants) and I received no special treatment for writing this review as I am now at the airport. Stay here if you get the chance and want to avoid the crazy tourist centers while still having an amazing Santorini experience.

The room is not small and well-equipped. The breakfast was delivered to the balcony of the room at a scheduled time, which was exquisite and rich. Unfortunately, there was no one at the front desk when we checked in, and it took a while for someone to come after calling. However, when we went there, it was the off-season, the whole island was in a semi-dormant state, and there were few tourists, so it was understandable. We had to go to the airport very early on the day we left the hotel, and the store also sent us a packed breakfast, which was very considerate.

However, the environment inside the hotel is good. You can see the sunset from the private balcony in the room. The layout and facilities in the room are satisfactory. Any hotel in the whole Oia town is very close to the Oia bus station. However, the service of this hotel is not proportional to the high-end price positioning of the hotel.
My low score is for the hotel's service. When encountering special situations, the hotel's front-line staff has no authority to deal with customers' problems as quickly as possible, which leads to a very long time and energy cost for customers to wait for the results. The hotel service is very poor. When the porter carried my suitcase to the room, because the suitcase was lifted and put on the shoulder, the suitcase lever was not put down and then lifted. The lever was carried in a straight state, causing the suitcase lever to be crooked. Because my suitcase is a queen size, this will transfer the weight of the suitcase to the upper part of the lever. There is a long distance from the place where the suitcase is carried to the hotel. Because the hotel is on a cliff, it is necessary to go up and down the stairs constantly. The suitcase lever after moving to the room cannot be lowered normally. When I found out, I reported it to the hotel front desk as soon as possible, but the hotel did not deal with it, saying that the manager would come to see it the next day. After the manager came to see it the next day, there was no follow-up. Later, I learned that the hotel manager reported to the hotel headquarters, but the hotel headquarters was unwilling to compensate. I also reported it to the platform, but the platform and the hotel negotiated for many days without any results. The hotel headquarters had a very tough attitude and ignored it. I had to rush back to the hotel every day from 2 to 3 pm when the hotel manager was on duty during my sightseeing time. I also communicated with the hotel about the compensation for the suitcase, but the hotel manager had limited authority and could only report to the hotel headquarters again, which resulted in my few days of vacation in Santorini being completely invalidated. Every day when I opened my eyes, I responded to the platform's messages, just like going to work, not like a vacation. The hotel did not admit that the luggage handle was broken by the hotel staff during the transportation process, and asked me to produce evidence. I ask everyone who is in the mood to go on vacation. Who has the ability to foresee in advance that the luggage handle will be damaged during the transportation process? Who would record it in advance? When we checked out, the hotel exempted us from three days of breakfast for 60 euros. Later, when we were about to arrive at the port, the platform said that the hotel wanted us to go back. If we didn't go back to the hotel, it would not compensate for an ordinary suitcase. Isn't this intentional? They knew we had a lot of things to do and couldn't go back, but they said they would compensate us with a suitcase worth tens of euros that was sold in a normal street store. However, we had already checked out and booked boat tickets and hotels to other parts of Greece. We couldn't give up our next trip for a suitcase. We spent hundreds of dollars to buy our own suitcase. We had to take it upon ourselves that the handle of the suitcase was damaged. If there is no special situation, it is still good to stay in this hotel. If there is any special situation, don't expect the hotel to have high-end service value and high efficiency in handling problems.

On the day of check in, there is a form for you to choose your breakfast. There is a lot of options for breakfast. And breakfast will deliver to your room at the time that you chose. There is kitchen in the room with hob. Also a changing room with a tall mirror in the room. However, the room looks a little bit old, maybe this is how cave house look like. The hotel separated to 2 buildings. Swimming pool is available in both buildings. There is a window that is not covered on top of my shower area and it is unreachable.

GGuest UserMy husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. It was our first time in Santorini and we absolutely loved it. The location was great, the views breathtaking. If you are not going to hire a car and rely on walking to Oia for the sunsets then estimate around 15-20 minutes for the easy walk. Otherwise by car this location is perfect. We would absolutely return. The staff were all amazing, so friendly.

In the core of the town, it's very close to everywhere. You just have to go up and down the stairs. There's no other way. That's how it is when you live in the small town of Oia. The hotel will be responsible for carrying the luggage to the room, and can also provide airport drop-off appointments. The hotel will also be responsible for delivering the luggage to the pick-up point. It is recommended to contact the hotel in advance to confirm the arrival and departure time details. It is very tiring to find a car by yourself and carry luggage.

SSantorini sun beachWhat an amazing experience at the Terra Blanca Suite Hotel! We spent an absolutely incredible week, lulled by the delights of the swimming pool and the sea. The warm welcome and unfailing availability of our hosts added an exceptional touch to our stay. And let's talk about this breathtaking view from the swimming pool, a real call to relax on the comfortable sun loungers and under the parasols. In addition, just 100 meters away, a Carrefour for our supply needs!
The highlight of the morning was the breakfast, delivered at our convenience, with a host of delicious choices. However, a small downside because you need one, the absence of coffee in the formulas was a very slight downside. We noted some details such as the absence of capsules and body milk, but really, it's to nitpick. The suites were spotlessly clean, pleasantly decorated and of undeniable quality.
This stay was perfect, and now all we really want is to either come back for another getaway or never leave this enchanting place!
