أفضل فنادق 4-نجوم في أوسلو

بالتأكيد جزء من المدينة أكثر إشغالاً لكننا استمتعنا بالتواجد في وسطها. يمكن أن نرى و نسمع نافورات المياه في الحديقة من النافذة. هناك مستوى ثاني قليلاً من البرتقال / الشرفة التي كانت مذهلة الجلوس في الشروق المساء عند تسكير بعض النبيذ الأبيض اللذيذ الذي يقدمه الفندق. سهول الوصول إلى محطات القطار وعموما موقع رائع للمشي إلى جميع الأماكن التي أردنا الذهاب إليها. السرير كان مريحا جدا وحصلنا على نوم ممتاز! إفطار الصباح كان مذهلا ولدينا بيئة لطيفة جدا! لا أستطيع أن أصدق أن محطة العصير الطازجة و الصور الصحية... تحتاج أمريكا إلى تسريع اللعبة إلى حد يشمل إفطار الفندق.

The hotel location was ideal and not far from oslo city centre with a metro station across the road and several bus stops very nearby. Most of the staff were very helpful however there was one gentleman who appeared to assist but then no result to his said actions. Additionally the first room he provided he stated would have view. The view was of the hotel from the window. The room he provided was unclean and filthy. We requested a change to our room with his colleague. She was very helpful and gave us a great room very clean room with a view of the river, but only thing is we had no phone in the room. We requested one but was told one would not available until later on the week. This was not beneficial as we were leaving. The amenities were ok however the hotel had direct access to mini shopping mall which had some lovely coffee shops and general convenience stores, which was great. Therefore we did not eat at the hotel. Overall apart from the above issues it was a pleasant stay and we extended it by a day which was a smooth process and we was able to stay in the same second room.

الغرفة واسعة. كان المسبح مليئًا بالأطفال. مع ذلك، فرض عليّ هذا الفندق رسوم ليلتين عند تسجيل الوصول، مع أنهم كانوا يعلمون أنني دفعتُ رسوم ليلتين مُسبقًا عبر وكيل حجز. بعد شهر تقريبًا، لم أسترد كامل المبلغ. لم أسترد سوى ليلة واحدة. لا يستطيع الفندق تقديم إيصال إلغاء من بطاقة الائتمان، مع أنهم استخدموا بطاقتي الائتمانية لإلغاء الرسوم المزدوجة أمامي. يُرجى مراجعة كشف الحساب البنكي للتأكد من عدم وجود رسوم مزدوجة.

Myself and a group of HE students have returned home from a conference where we stayed in this hotel. The staff were really helpful and polite. Every morning we would ask for fresh towels at reception and these were either provided there and then or delivered to the room within 10 minutes of the request. The hotel is located around 10-15 minutes walk away from the marina, the tube station, royal palace. The students really enjoyed how central the hotel was to everything. Check in and out was smooth, and the rooms were clean. There was a QR code in the room to scan if you wanted the cleaner to come in on a daily basis.  There was a small selection of snacks in the reception area to purchase. On the other hand the breakfast variety was really good.  From fresh waffles and pancakes to cooked breakfast, cereal, yoghurt and fruit, fresh smoothies and juices.  Overall this hotel is great if you want a base to go and explore Oslo. I would recommend this hotel to a weekend away.
