موقع الفندق جيد. طلب ​​منا موظف الاستقبال الانتظار نصف ساعة حتى نتمكن من تسجيل الوصول. نحن ممتنون جدًا لتمكننا من دخول الغرفة مسبقًا. عندما أعطانا موظف الاستقبال بطاقة الغرفة، قال أيضًا: ”إذا احتجنا إلى التنظيف غدًا، يُرجى إخباره مرة أخرى”. عندما خرجت في اليوم التالي، ذهبت إلى الكاونتر وأخبرت الموظف المناوب أن رقم غرفتنا بحاجة إلى التنظيف. قال موظف الاستقبال: نعم، لا مشكلة. ولكن عندما عدتُ إلى الغرفة حوالي الساعة الرابعة مساءً، وجدتُ أنها لم تُنظف فحسب، بل لم تُغير المناشف أيضًا 🤬😡😡 عندما ذهبتُ إلى الكاونتر للسؤال، كانت هناك سيدتان. سيدة تبدو أكبر سنًا نظرت إلى سجلاتهما وقالت: نعم، توجد سجلات. أنا آسفة، إنها مشكلة تواصل. قالت السيدة الأخرى: إنها مشكلة مدبرة المنزل (أتذكر أنني طلبت منها تنظيفها في الصباح). ألا تعلم أن الجميع يمثل الفندق؟ بالإضافة إلى ذلك، غمرت المياه الحمام بعد الاستحمام، ولم يُصلَح بابه. لا أعتقد أنني سأختار هذا الفندق مرة أخرى...

It was such a lovely stay! I highly recommend the sauna in the hotel, and the breakfast is great. The location is also good, with walking distance to the main tourist places. There is a bus that goes to the airport directly. The receptionist is very friendly! I wound stay again when I visit Bratislava next time.

The hotel is not located in the very center of Bratislava, but it has very good transport accessibility. The railway station and the central bus station are nearby. The room was cozy, clean, and the design is modern. I had no complaints about the operation of electronic devices or plumbing. I would gladly give the hotel the highest score, but we were denied early check-in (we arrived outside the high tourist season, and I doubt that the hotel had no available rooms). Nevertheless, I recommend this hotel.
