Retro ranch in Downtown Cary! This home offers a combination of original and updates. The home is in a quiet tree-lined street on a large wooded lot. Walk to Downtown Cary parks, restaurants, breweries and more! The home is 20 minutes from almost everything from Universities, RDU Airport, Music and Entertainment venues.The house includes 3 bedrooms, one with a small en-suite bath, plus a living room, dining room and kitchen. Please note that the bathrooms are original and so they are SMALL. Not a lot of countertop space to spread out. The house does include a washer/dryer however we want guests to be aware that it is in the basement down a staircase off the kitchen. There is a spacious back yard, fenced on 3 sides. This 1918 home has all of the old-world charm and some of the old-world amenities. You are just steps from the new Downtown Cary Park - this spot is amazing and offers so many amenities. The app won't let me add a link but a quick online search will show you how gorgeous the park really is. The house is equipped with cooking essentials as well as bathroom basics. 4Br: 1Q, 2 Singles, 1 Full, 1 Single. 3 Baths (please read the bathroom descriptions - it's an OLD house y'all!). Large Yard, Firepit, Gravel Parking Lot, 2 Family Rooms. **NO PETS ALLOWED**House is older and a lot of the interior doors do not lock.The only TV in a bedroom is on the second floor. This has Chromecast. The Family Room TV has cable and a smart TV.Bathrooms are very original (small!!)PLEASE DO NOT FLUSH ANYTHING OTHER THAN TOILET PAPER :)***The dishwasher is not built-in as the plumbing to the house does not allow us to tap in!
