Great hotel in the heart of Downtown Charlotte. Diamond was my receptionist and her hospitality and professionalism was A1. Highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for one night, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well maintained with fresh drinks, robes and bathroom supplies. The handheld showerhead would leak when using the main head and the toilet would continually flow water after every use unless you manually removed the cover and fixed it.

All the employees were extremely friendly and helpful. The girl who checked me out was outstanding. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name. Hopefully you can find her-01/26 about 10:00.  My only concern was I didn’t realize pets were allowed and there was a barking dog down the hall. My fault.

The room was clean, staff helpful, and our stay was comfortable. We’d highly recommend staying here. Easy access to The Fillmore as well if you’re going for a show.
