We live in this condo six (6) months out of the year so it goes without question that we request you please treat our home with care. Linen fee covers the cost of all linens and cleaning. We only use sheets and towels that are soft and comfortable.DATES....Weekly rentals start at 3pm on Saturday and check-out is the following Saturday no later than 10 am. Monthly rentals are available September through March. We absolutely love animals, but unfortunately the house is not equipped to handle furry guests. This policy is in place to accommodate all of our friends (guests) who may have pet allergies.
